Story
Cupid is a tiny little sweetheart. He is the last of the litter of three that we are trying to find a home for. He's a mere 3 pounds And will not be a very large dog full grown. Probably around 10 pounds. Perfect for small homes or apartment living. he has a very spunky and lively personality. We prefer a household without small children as he is very delicate. He needs someone who will be patient with him while he potty trains. He is being fostered in Arkansas, but transport is available biweekly to New England. He is fully vetted: neutered, microchip, all vaccinations. His adoption fee is $650, and that covers the cost of transport as well. ##2232009##

Story
PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet. Here’s a sad one and we know he’s not going to be the most popular, but we are hopeful. His name is Buster. He was found as a stray in horrible condition and we think he’d been in rough shape for quite a long time. His eyes were infected as well as his skin. We’ve treated his eyes and skin, but unfortunately, we think we’ve done pretty much all we can for his skin. We believe he was in this shape as a stray for so long, that his skin is permanently damaged. Some of his hair should continue to grown in but he may never have a full coat. He LOVES kids and he’s good with cats! He’s a sweet boy. He’s good with other dogs. We believe he is about 4 years old. He’s about 25-30 pounds. He is still on some eye drops and his foster mom is still giving baths with medicated shampoo every other week. We will send shampoo with whoever adopts this special boy and eye drops if still needed. We hope someone will see beyond his lack of fur and want to spoil this guy for the rest of his life. He is heartworm negative, UTD on vaccines, neutered, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Located in Arkansas, but transport is available. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them at one of the following times/locations. Harrisburg, PA 2am Fridays Port Jervis, NY 5am Fridays or Southington, CT 8am Fridays East Hartford, CT 11am Fridays To apply, please fill out the adoption app: https://form.jotform.com/212690945239059 Message or email apps.aasr@gmail.com with any questions. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter,  up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion. Story
We are Flynn and Rider! Like thieves in the night we'll steal your heart. Flynn and Rider are absolutely gorgeous and active puppies looking for forever homes to call their own. Flynn is a bit more reserved than Rider but he still loves to go play. He'll come sit by your feet and take in the world around him or he'll try to scamper up on your lap to show you rocks he's found. He loves being up high to get scratchies and watch his brother. Rider is the adventurer, he enjoys sniffing through the grass and pouncing grasshoppers. He likes to get the big dog toys to drag around the yard and have his brother chase him. Rider sits patiently waiting for his turn to get scratchies on your lap. He's so adorable! He's fearless until big trucks rumble by then you'll find him behind your chair! Don't get Tangled in our cute-pie puppy eyes! Flynn's blazing a new trail in life, had Parvo and they were unsure if he was gonna make it. Now he's recovered and making the most of life! Rider was a good support pup, always peeking in on Flynn while he was sick wondering when he could wrestle again. Otherwise he was bolting around causing a ruckus as puppies do checking out everything and ducking under anything. Gotta put a bell on this boy! These pups have healthy appetites but will stop when full, graze later after activities. Their mom has short legs, longer body, pointy ears, narrow face, and a beautiful redish brindle coat. Might be corgi/dachshund mixes or be energetic little terrier dogs. They have cute little legs and look like they waddle from behind! Both like to play, run, and carry things around. They are really good at hustling from their room to door to go outside with "lets go, let's go, hurry, hurry, all the way to the door." Then once out the door "all the way to the gate... no pee pee in the walk way." Then "hurry hurry all the way back to go potty." They bound around in a scurry watching me for praise at their good efforts! Eager to learn, observant, smart. Will walk on leashes together but criss cross a bit so will need individual leash training. They are a little timid with new things in general so slow introductions would be helpful as they learn. They are young and going through a chewing stage so age appropriate chew toys a plus. Have experience with dogs their size. Very timid with big dogs. No experience with cats or children so please introduce them slowly. Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $500 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Glory, such a wonderful word. Giving honor, love and praise. My name is NOW Glory, and let me tell you... i had no name before I got to the rescue.... But NOW, I am GLORY and I am loved in the foster mom's home and pack. I have a really great friend too, his name is Leggo and he was from a rough family too. So we have kind of a kinship of despair, which has turned into LOVE and FOOD and WARMTH and HOPE! We didn't come into the rescue together but we are attached at the hip :) Please adopt us together!! We won't take up much space! I am 9# and my buddy is only 10#!! Local adoption together is $400 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee together is $800 (includes transport to your area)

Toast – Female – DOB 3/13/2023 (1 year 8 months) Doug’s Sister - Black/Tan Dachshund chi mix Russell – Male – 13.8 lbs – DOB 5/18/2022 (2 years 6 months) – Black/Tan Dachshund chi mix Doug – Male – 10.1 lbs – DOB 3/13/2023 (1 year 8 months) – Brindle Dachshund/Chi mix Daisy – Puppy - Female – 5 lbs – Under 5 months of age - Brown Dachshund/Chi Mix These sweet babies are all small breed doggies in need of forever homes. They have been raised in the same household but unfortunately the owners can no longer care for them properly (they have other doggies). They have been very loved and cared for their whole lives. They are all house trained (except for the puppy, she just needs some consistency) and they’re all very happy, well-socialized dogs. They have been raised with children and would do wonderful with them. As you can see in the video the fosters young daughter is laying on the floor and all 4 come running to lick her all over. These 4 have been raised with other dogs and cats and have no issues with either! More information about the doggies coming soon – If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application at www.pawsitive-impact-animal-rescue.org
