Story
Sweet, trusting, and downright adorable, Moxie is a puppy who loves to be held and cuddled as much as she loves to explore the world with her nose to the ground. Moxie is playful and fun-loving and often looks to her human companion for reassurance. Learning the ropes can be challenging and Moxie is excited to be introduced to the big new world around her. She is still a baby at 5 months and 25 pounds.  She needs an adopter who will work with her on training, but she is eager to please so that shouldn't be hard.  Good with people and dogs and cats!  Moxie is ready to bring joy into your home.  Apply today - this girl will go fast! PAW places dogs in the DC, northern VA, MD, and southern PA region. ##2299448##

Story
This little pretty chocolate dappled girl is called Maizie and goodness what a cracker jack she is.  Don’t for minute let those green eyes and chocolate marbled coat fool you to think she is gentle or easy.  She is the CEO of dogs and will run the show at your house if given the chance.  Maizie is 30 pounds and 9 months old.  She is a breed mix of Dachshund and Basset Hound we are told.  Her pics make her look big but she is a “tiny but mighty” little girl.  Mazie is not a fan of any other female dogs in her life or around her.  We don’t know where that came from but the dislike is there so we say…don’t ignore the warning.  She is great with big male dogs, not good with other small dogs or cats, but loves people deeply and wants to be around them.  She needs a fenced yard because she is a runner as most Dachshunds can be and she needs to be able to run and play and get her energy out daily.  Older children would be better for her and she is crate trained, 90% housebroken and she adores going for walks; a very good girl on a leash we can say.  She is beautiful but a “tad” bit complicated, which is why we have outlined the Likes and Dislikes of this girl to a TEE!  We want the right and perfect home and there are lots out there that can give her that.  Tiny but Mighty little Maizie is ready for a home NOW!  Please email us at Critter Cavalry Rescue : ccrnewengland@gmail.com  Tell us where you live when you email asking for information and an application. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.January 22, 2025, 9:20 pm
