Story
Blackberry is one of seven puppies born on Fathers Day this year. She's the only puppy that has Black and White. Her eyes are this beautiful Black to me. And when she looks at you with her ears up she will melt your heart ❤️. She is very smart and understands like two other puppies when it's time to leave a room; usually my bedroom. She and her siblings go to sleep every night listening to YouTube "Puppies lullabies" I use my fingers to point down and say "Lay down it's time to go to sleep." After a few times she and the others catch on. I was a Veterinarian Assistant in the U.S. Army and provided care for dogs, cats, horses etc. My hopes are that Blackberry will be in a home with animal lovers of digs. 😃.

Biscuit is an 8 year old male, long haired dachshund. He is a celebrity graduate of our Paws Behind Bars prison dog training program where he captured the hearts of so many. He was rumored to be the Assistant Warden as he marched around like he owned the place. Despite his short stature, he was respected by all. Biscuit is ready to "get out of jail", retire his warden status and live out his days in a comfortable home. A quiet, yet somewhat active adult home will be best. He is, after all, a dachshund. He's got the attitude. He gets along well with other dogs if they dont crowd his space. He does not get along with cats and he doesnt have the tolerance for children. An old episode made him leary of being picked up and snuggled. He must be on a fish based kibble and Apoquel during high allergy peaks helps with this skin. For all you dachshund lovers, this guy is quite the character. Lilly is a very loving and kind dog! She’s 2 years old and she is amazing with kids. She’s also the most wonderful cuddle bug for this who love to cuddle. She’s a burrower so she will sleep underneath your blankets with you. She absolutely loves to be outside. If you are looking for a lovable energetic dog who also just loves to lounge around and cuddle she is the perfect one for you.

Buffy is a one year old female weighing 23 pounds. She came to us as a stray but is friendly and well socialized. Buffy seems to enjoy the company of both humans and other dogs.
