You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Shaggy, a lively, 10yr old, Dachshund/yorkie/chihuahua mix with plenty of energy and affection for any family.  He gets along with some dogs, he does better if the resident dog is already established in his home.  He hasn't really lived with cats but at events he doesn't seem to even notice them so he would probably not care much about them.  Shaggy enjoys perching on top of the couch to survey his home, cuddling with humans, and observing all the household activities.  Though he is not very interested in toys, this might be due to his recent dental procedure.  He will also need a diet of softer foods.  He was neutered at the age of 10 so he does still need work with his marking tendencies but does well with a belly band.  Shaggy is also good on a leash and enjoys going for walks.  He is also crate trained.  He is a velcro dog, extreme version, and he does not do well being separated from his person.  He would do best in a home where someone is there most of the time and he is a barker so he might not be a good fit for someone who shares a wall.  He had a rough last decade and will need someone who will be patient and work with him on his separation anxiety and training.  He is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Uzi is a blue merle dachshund and is 4 years old. He is a very energetic dog who loves the outdoors and lots of attention. I was given uzi from a mutual friend at a couple months old. Due to a very busy schedule i want to rehome Uzi to someone who will be able to spend alot of time with him and give him lots of attention and care. He is usually not trusting with other animals at first but tends to warm up to them after a couple days. Same with children.

Hello, My name is Lola! I am a sweet boxer/ dachshund mix. I am approx. 3 years old and weigh about 25-30 lbs. I am very good with kids of all ages and has never met a stranger. I like other non- reactive dogs. I have not met a cat at this time. However my rescue can cat test upon request! I am also housebroken but cannot be left out of my crate when no one is home because I will chew anything and everything in sight. I am currently eating Purina one but I also love boiled chicken, peas, or sweet potatoes. I do pull on my leash when walked, but, we are working on that. I cant wait to find my forever home! If you have a fenced in yard, that would be awesome because I need a lot of play time! I also love to play with toys! My rescue has made sure that I am UTD, microchipped, on a flea and tick and heartworm pill and spayed. Please reach out if you are interested. Thank you! This animal is being fostered in the South but transport to a location near you is included in your adoption fee.
