Rosie is a precious sweet girl who arrived at the shelter on 9/10/25. She is good with dogs, cats and children. She will steal your heart with her loving and cute smile. She is house trained and follows commands to sit and lay down. Rosie was brought in because she climbs fences and cannot be left alone outside. She is eagerly waiting to leave the shelter and begin enjoying life in her new FOREVER home. Rosie is 2 years old and weighs 25 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines and has tested negative for heartworms. She is also spayed and microchipped. Please stop by to meet this sweetie in run 307, her ID # is 13555. Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. If this cat or dog came in as lost (not as an owner surrender), we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. I've been here before...yes three years ago I was adopted and I thoroughly enjoyed my person. Unfortunately she fell and broke her hip and couldn't take care of me any more. I'm not terribly sad, but I do miss having a person of my own. I prefer females, apparently men have not been nice to me in the past. If you know my breed you know I'm pretty strong headed. I get along with all my housemates, both girls and boys. I like to take walks, I walk pretty well on a leash. I love meal time, so be careful I don't get too large! I'm ready for that forever home....calling all dachshund lovers!
