Story
Apply to Adopt Me! Meet Cocoa aka Cocoa Bean! This spunky little lover is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly! Cocoa is 1-2 yrs old and weighs about 26 pounds, every ounce of which is filled with pure joy. She loves to play with other dogs, is cat friendly, and hasn’t met a toy she didn’t love! She enjoys a good game of tug o’war with her foster brother and is also happy to toss toys into the air to entertain herself. Cocoa would do best in a home with a fence-in yard as she LOVES to run and play! She’s working on fetch, but has keep away down pat! But don’t worry, there is nothing Cocoa loves more than a good cuddle session after some time running around and playing. She is fully potty trained, has basic commands down, walks well on a leash, and while she is able to roam the house freely during the day, she will go to her crate with a simple request to “go to bed.” Cocoa loves a car ride and is always up for adventures. She is very food motivated which makes recalling her, as well as teaching her new trick, rather easy. She has been around a very active 5 yr old child and did wonderfully. She especially likes the treats small people often have. But she is still working on taking treats extra nicely. Cocoa would love to have a fur sibling to play with. Cocoa truly will be the best addition to any family. If you live in the Central Florida/Orlando area and believe you have the perfect home for Cocoa, please complete an app and tell us more about your family. February 17, 2025, 4:16 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. She would prefer to be with another small dog as playmate, as she can be very active. She is also a cuddle bug, a bit shy when first meeting new people and new dogs, but she warms up quickly. She is crate and house trained, and she loves to go for miles long walks. She would love a home with either no children or those who are over the age of 12 years. She is not good with cats. Would love a securely fenced yard to run play in; a note she can be an escape artist if given the opportunity. She is cute, funny, curious, and loving. She is up to date on vaccinations, spayed and weighs under 10 pounds. Hazel is a Dachshund  mix. She is ready, are you?
