No show is complete without Waldorf! This 6-year-old Beagle/Dachshund mix is the "happier half" of our resident Muppet duo. Unlike his grumpy counterpart, Waldorf is a social butterfly who loves every human and hound he meets. He has a unique, "bouncy" way of walking—likely due to some previous back injury (IVDD)—but he doesn’t let that slow his roll or dampen his enthusiasm for life! In fact, his signature strut just makes him even more endearing as he trots over to greet you. Waldorf is a simple guy with two main passions: tennis balls and snuggles. He’ll happily chase a ball with his joyful, hopping gait and then spend the rest of the afternoon showering you with kisses. He is a world-class cuddler who just wants to be part of the action. If you’re looking for a resilient, cheerful companion with a lot of character and an even bigger heart, Waldorf is ready to heckle the world by your side. Come meet him and get ready for a standing ovation of tail wags! Waldorf is heartworm positive, but don't let that break your heart! We have a treatment plan ready to go and we are covering 100% of the costs at our facility. You bring the belly rubs, and we’ll handle the rest.

This is Randy. I adopted him in 2012 when he was 1. He was abused by his first owner. Randy was my best buddy but then I had kids and am a single mom which has made it really hard to give him the attention he needs. He just loves to love one person and will be attached to you if you let him. He doesn’t love other dogs specifically when he sees them walking outside. Thank you for considering Randy.

Apply to Adopt Me! Rudy is a sweet, affectionate chiweenie (dachshund/chihuahua mix) who is approx. 3 years old and weighs 14lbs. This boy is ready for a fresh start. Rudy adores cozy blankets, being close to his people, and soaking up attention. He’s currently healing from minor dermatitis and is doing great with loving care. He's been extremely sweet with kids in the home, is crate trained and doing well with house training. Rudy walks well on a leash and loves to go for walks. He is a bit barky to other dogs at a distance, and although his foster mom doesn't have other dogs, we believe he will be fine once he gets to know a friendly doggy friend. He hasn't started playing with toys yet, but does love his Benebone. He rides well in a car, and sleeps quietly through the night.
