Story
Mo is a six month old wire-haired dachshund/miniature schnauzer/terrier mix puppy who was found with another dog in Houston. Unfortunately, no microchip or owner was ever found. Mo is a loving, sweet boy who loves people, dogs, car adventures, and life overall. We are grateful the finder of Mo kept him safe from being hit by a car or run over...... This fun loving guy has blossomed over the past two months in his foster home. He is used to being held, loves affection, is kennel-trained, leash-trained, loves walks, and has mastered puppy pads wonderfully. Mo squats and does NOT lift his leg. We are now transitioning to going potty outside. Mo loves to help when his foster mom is planting her flowers. This boy loves Natural Pet collagen chews, and DuraForce dog toys. He is happy with his canine friends and is sure to bring joy to his new family. We look forward to his happy ever after SOON! Mo has been examined by our vet, and given three dhpp vaccines, rabies, bordetella, canine influenza, & leptospirosis vaccines. Mo DOES NOT have any heart murmur, luxating patellas, eye, skin, or allergy issues. He is given Simparica Trio on the first of every month for heartworm and flea/tick prevention. All vaccines are given by our outstanding vet & vet techs. We email all veterinary records prior to adoption. Mo is dewormed every two weeks. This precious pup is neutered & microchipped. We provide our rescued puppies and dogs with the highest quality veterinary care as our own pets receive. Proper veterinary care is our number one PRIORITY and it shows in the health of our rescued puppies and dogs. My adoption fee is $400 and transportation fee is $350 from Houston, Texas to Denver, Colorado. We use the highest standard transporter in the industry. We have many happy adopters on both West Coast, East Coast, and Canada. We are pleased to provide referrals upon request. Our greatest goal is to properly match a rescued pup with the perfect adopter. We have over twenty plus years experience in rescuing pets. It is truly our greatest joy.

Story
Meet Jake! Jake is a sweet older guy with lots of love to give! He was abandoned on a doorstep in a dirty crate, and taken to a local shelter before being transferred to Gray Muzzle Society. Jake does well with cats and dogs, but is leash reactive so would be better suited to a house with a yard. Jake is working with a trainer and doing better walking on a leash. Jake does well with a doggy door, but needs patience with house training when he first adjusts to new places. We performed a dental, and are working on helping Jake lose weight, but he's otherwise an active, healthy older dog!

Story
Autumn is a 3-year-old Chihuahua (maybe with some doxi) x spayed female.  I drove her home and then proceeded to take her on a previously planned 5-day camping trip!  She was exposed to dogs, kids, campers, the river, etc and did great.  She came to me very timid  but is slowly coming out of her shell and I am enjoying seeing her personality change to such a sweet adjusted little girl.   She is housebroken and crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night.  We walk several times a day and she is becoming more accustomed to road and neighborhood noises. I think Autumn would benefit from a fenced in backyard.  She has recently learned to use a doggie door.    Autumn is a sweet dog!  Does she sound like your new family addition? Story
This dynamic duo is a bonded pair whose loving owner, our amazing president of 43 years recently passed away, Jackie Bell.  Can you open your home and heart to her beloved pair of senior dogs? Both boys are very well-mannered and easygoing. They would thrive in a home that values the simple joys of life, a home that is always ready for a good snuggle. They are looking for a place where they can live out their golden years together, surrounded by love and comfort. A little about each: Cristo is a beautiful English Spaniel mix and an adorable tripod. He is around ten years old and still has plenty of spunk. He is outgoing and just an overall sweetheart. Barney is a dachshund mix and is around nine years old. He is also a sweet, spunky boy. He sticks very close to his buddy Cristo and is a little bit shy at first. Once he gets to know you, he warms up and begs for snuggles. Put in an application at eapl.com   November 5, 2024, 2:57 pm

HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED!!!  Who can resist the temptation of some Cheetos?! Meet our delightful lowrider boy, Cheetos! With his unique Basset Hound and Lab mix heritage, he's an irresistible blend of charm and joy. At around 3 years old, Cheetos is a bundle of fun, spreading happiness wherever he goes. This lovebug adores people and is a social butterfly with his canine pals. Whether he's munching on treats, going for leisurely walks, or enjoying playtime with bones and squeaky toys, Cheetos knows how to have a good time. And let's not forget his love for mealtime – eating is definitely one of his favorite pastimes! Weighing in at approximately 55 pounds, Cheetos has plenty of love to share. He's a hilarious Velcro dog who thrives on being part of the family's activities. When it's time to unwind, Cheetos is all about cuddling up on a lap for some quality relaxation time. Cheetos has mastered leash training and is a joy to have by your side on walks. Plus, he's house-trained, so no worries about messes with him around!
