Story
Wally loves to play fetch! He's a really sweet boy with lots of energy. Him and his brother were surrendered together. Sadly, the owner was going through serious medical issues and could no longer care for them. They are a bonded pair and would do best in a home with no other dogs. Be ready to adopt. Story
Meet Honey – A Sweetheart Looking for Her Forever Home! Honey is a beautiful 2-year-old, 35-pound pocket pittie with a heart full of love. She may be a little shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, she’s incredibly sweet and affectionate. This special girl walks well on a leash and has a moderate energy level—she enjoys her daily strolls and exploring the yard. Honey had an injury as a puppy that gives her a unique gait, and she also experiences some incontinence. However, she’s making great progress with potty training and will go outside when taken out frequently. Honey would thrive in a home with a fenced yard where she can safely explore. She would do best as an only pet or with a calm dog of similar size. No cats or small dogs, please. Due to her needs, a home with children aged 12 and up is preferred. Honey is ready to find a patient, loving family who will cherish her for the special dog she is. Could that be you? Fill out an application today and meet this sweet girl!

Story
Text or email only located in Palmdale approved for same-day adoption (661)609-2186 memeco635@gmail.com Hello, my name is Tahar. I am a dwarf Dachshund Chihuahua mix I came to the rescue right after I was attacked by another dog. My previous owners couldn’t afford an amputation, and I was no more than six weeks old and the fear of me being a tripod so young, they opted to euthanize me. My rescuer was there with a friend helping them pay for another surgery and she examined my leg and said she could save it if I was surrendered to her rescue instead of being euthanized. My Previous Owners agreed, and the vet urged my rescuer to have my leg amputated because bone was exposed and I had a bad fracture I was very small and weak, but my rescuer was determined to save my leg so she took me home and nursed me day and night, knowing that there was a chance and through sheer determination and my will to fight my leg was saved! It is almost completely healed with minimal scarring. I’ve grown extremely bonded to my rescuer and all the rescue dogs that have come and gone through the rescue, but it is time for me to find my own forever home. It breaks our heart, and she has been extremely emotional (crying every time she holds me knowing this day would come) but she promises that she will be very patient and remain in contact with my future family so she knows that although the decision was hard, she is dedicated to finding me the perfect forever Home. I am spunky and playful, and I don’t like being alone, My ideal family would consist of someone who can dedicate a lot of one-on-one time with me. I am not shy at all and I absolutely love everyone, but I hate being alone and I will cry with the saddest howl you’ve ever heard! if you think I would find happiness in your home please reach out to rescuer with the information listed above my story and schedule a time to meet with me. I am approved for same-day option and although my adoption will be very sad, we are excited to meet you!
