Story

Delicious and his siblings were born on April 30th, 2024. Their mom Candy Crush is a Dachshund mix and was very pregnant at a high kill shelter. We rescued momma just in time as she gave birth the next day. The puppies have been raised with our rescue and are happy, healthy, playful and social little puppies. These sweet pups are looking for their forever homes. As always, we do highly recommend positive reinforcement training to insure a well behaved and well-rounded puppy/dog. The adoption fee is $650 which includes: spay/neuter, microchipping with registration, up to date on vaccines, rabies vaccine (for dogs and pups over 4 months at time of alter), deworming, and topical flea treatment application (as needed). Our animals can be seen by appointment only after approved application process. Please email to make sure the animal you are interested in is still available and/or will be attending or on-site adoption event. No phone calls please. Cooper was rescued from the Bakersfield shelter, where he found himself impounded in a scary shelter through no fault of his own. He’s still just a baby and very shy, taking his time to warm up and build trust with new people. Once he feels comfortable, his sweet and lovable personality shines through. While he may be a little hesitant around strangers, he is gentle and affectionate with those he knows and trusts. Cooper would make a wonderful companion for someone patient and loving.
