Danny is a one-of-a-kind mix of Dachshund and German Shepherd, offering a delightful blend of playful energy and loyal companionship. His foster family can attest that he is super smart and genuinely loves all people and all dogs, making him a great addition to a family with or without other pets. Danny is already house-trained and walks well on a leash. He already knows basic commands like sit and down. And since he's eager to please, he will respond quickly and well to any training his new family wants to bring.

Nicholas (Nikki) is a beautiful all red Dachshund Mix. He is 8 months old and has beautiful green eyes. He loves people and gets along well with other dogs. He is good with children too. Nikki loves to play and he loves to snuggle and is always willing to settle down with his foster mom for a movie or a good book read. He likes toys to play with and bones to chew. Nikki loves to sun bathe and enjoys running around the yard with his foster friends. He will be a great companion dog and a good friend for another dog in his new home. He is leash trained and is housetrained. Nikki’s home should have a work from home person. Nikki has been neutered, microchipped and is vaccinated. She is oh so sweet and loves to follows you around. You can't ignore her big blue eyes. She would love to sit in your lap while you work from home? She'd love to snuggle in your bed at night. Kipper is an absolute sweetheart! With his charming mix of Dachshund and Jack Russell terrier traits, plus his stunning eyes, (one blue and one brown) it’s hard not to fall for him. It’s wonderful that he’s playful and enjoys treats, especially carrots—those are great ways to bond and train him. It’s great to hear he’s already leash trained and just needs a bit more of a routine for house training. He does use a doggie door. Since he has a special bond with his sister Kayla, it would be worth considering a home that can accommodate both, especially since they enjoy each other's company. Kipper seems like he’d bring so much joy and love to a household that can provide him with affection, structure, and playtime. If anyone is looking for a loving companion who is ready to learn and play that is Kipper. He is playful with other dogs but he loves to be in charge! Though he is great with his sister. Kipper is neutered , microchipped and currently vaccinated. Kipper and Kayla seem like the perfect fit! Here's hoping they find a forever home soon. Dwayne is a dashing senior with a heart as big as his smile! This friendly guy is always ready to say hello with a wagging tail and a sparkle in his eyes. He loves to explore new places, whether it's a stroll around the block or sniffing out hidden treasures in the backyard. Not only is Dwayne super curious, but he's also drop-dead gorgeous. Seriously, have you seen that coat? Talk about a showstopper! If you're looking for a loyal companion who'll keep you smiling, Dwayne is ready to join your family and fill your life with love and paw-sitive vibes. Here's some notes from his foster: I've had Dwayne for a few days now, and I've already seen some great improvements in his behavior. In the beginning, he was quite nervous and cautious when we went outside, but after just two days, he started enjoying walks on the grass and sniffing everything around him. He's very friendly with other dogs and doesn't mind them sniffing him. Dwayne is house-trained and will usually go potty shortly after stepping onto the grass. He may need to be let out every 3-4 hours during the day, but he sleeps through the night without any accidents. At home, Dwayne likes to explore a bit. When he's tired, he’ll settle into one of the beds and snuggle under the blankets. Even though he's blind, I’ve found him on the couch a few times—he definitely knows where the comfy spots are! He enjoys snuggling next to me on the couch, and I think he’d love to have someone by his side as much as he's allowed :) Dwayne is a sweet, mellow boy who would likely thrive in a home with other companions, whether human or dog. He’s also very good with my cat. While he’s perfectly happy living in a condo, I think he would enjoy a small, enclosed yard where he can safely roam when he needs to go to the bathroom. He can walk up stairs (but not down) with me when we’re outside, but he shouldn't be allowed to roam freely near any stairways. All in all, Dwayne is a lovable and gentle companion who would do well in a calm, caring home.
