Story
EVERYONE MEET ADINA Adina is an adorable 2 year old Daschund/Chiweenie who is very sweet but shy. Adina came to us with her sister Delilah, and they can't wait to find their new forever home. They are both looking for that special person or family who would be willing to give them time, patience and unconditional love which is what they both truly deserve. They are coming out of their shell as each day passes. Are you the one who will be able to give her the love and security she needs? Adina is crate trained, and would like to have another doggy friend in the house to hang out with, but is also good being by herself. She loves to play, and run around the yard, and of course is a foodie like her sister. Adina is great with other small dogs, and is very laid back. Laying next to you on the couch, lounging in the backyard while you work or go in the pool, is something she has dreamt about. She is super easy, and would be a great companion for a senior also! Don't worry about her barking, as she is super quiet! Would she be ideal to be home all day alone, probably not, as a retired or work from home person would be best. It is all about TIME and showing her that love is truly a great thing! A truly sweet girl who deserves only the best. Adoption donation: $385 includes all vetting, shots, microchip and spay.

Story
EVERYONE I AM PLEASED TO INTRODUCE MYSELF AS QUEEN DELILAH Delilah is an adorable 2 year old Daschund/Chiweenie who is very sweet but shy. Delilah came to us with her sister Lady Adina, and they can't wait to find forever! Delilah is confident and would be so happy to have a great home which she can thrive. Queen Delilah is looking for a special person or family who would be willing to give her time, patience and unconditional love which is what she truly deserves. Are you the one who will be able to give them the love and security they need? Delilah is crate trained, and would like to have another doggy friend in the house to hang out with, or she is just fine to be alone if you work from home or are retired. She loves to play, and run around the yard, and of course is a foodie like her sister. Delilah is great with other small dogs, and would need to be around children who are over 12 years old to ensure there is not rough play. Laying next to you on the couch, lounging in the backyard while you work or go in the pool, is something she has dreamt about. A retired person/couple would be great, as her favorite pastime is laying on the back of the couch snoozing while you are watching TV or cooking dinner.

Story
Just like her name suggests, Honey is as sweet as can be! At 3.5 years old, this gentle girl has been through a lot, but when she feels safe, she is a trooper. She’s calm, quiet, and always looking for a cozy spot to relax near her favorite human.
Honey is a low-maintenance companion who enjoys the simple pleasures in life—laying in the sun, curling up on the couch, and getting love from her family. She’s not one to jump into your lap, but she adores snuggles when invited. Her sweet and gentle nature makes her an ideal best friend for someone looking for a loving, easygoing pup. * House trained – No accidents here! * Crate trained – Sleeps quietly through the night in her kennel. * Leash trained – Walks well on a harness. * Dog & Cat Friendly – Gets along great with other pets. * Great in the Car – Rides well but needs encouragement to hop in (she’ll jump out on her own when asked).
Honey doesn’t require a high-energy lifestyle. A home that provides moderate exercise, plenty of relaxation time, and lots of love would be perfect for her. She’d do great in a calm household where she can feel safe, soak up affection, and enjoy the good life. Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard. If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home. HOW TO APPLY: From Petfinder.com The fastest way to get to the adoptable dog page is to copy and then paste this link into your browser: https://unitedanimalfriends.org/adoptable-dogs/ When you are on the UAF website Select "Adoptable Dogs" and pick the dog you are interested in. Story
**This is a courtesy listing for Frosted Faces Vintage Paws Animal Rescue** Look out! Here comes NINJA, sneaking in to steal your heart! Ninja is an approximately two-year-old, 17 pound male Chihuahua/Dachshund (best guess) mix. He was surrendered to the rescue when his former owner could no longer care for him. Ninja is the perfect small/medium size, and a great combo of friendly yet independent. He is a curious guy who is happy to sniff around and explore on his own. He also is happy to meet a new friend and will readily approach you for pets and attention. Ninja is good on leash and enjoys walk time. His cutest quirk that we have discovered so far, is his love of squeaky toys. He will hold them in his mouth and come up to you to show you how utterly adorable he looks! Ninja is social with other dogs and wouldn't mind a new buddy in his forever home; bring your dog in to say hello! Are you ready to meet Ninja? Email chitownrescue@gmail.com for more information/meet and greet appointment. Ninja's adoption fee includes neuter surgery, vaccinations up to date including rabies, and microchip.March 4, 2025, 3:32 pm

Sal has been happy in his adopted home for 2 years , he's potty trained and walks on a leash, but unfortunately he has gotten in a jealous feud with one of the male dogs there. He can be great as an only dog or maybe with another female with an intro.
