Story
Just like her name suggests, Honey is as sweet as can be! At 3.5 years old, this gentle girl has been through a lot, but when she feels safe, she is a trooper. She’s calm, quiet, and always looking for a cozy spot to relax near her favorite human.
Honey is a low-maintenance companion who enjoys the simple pleasures in life—laying in the sun, curling up on the couch, and getting love from her family. She’s not one to jump into your lap, but she adores snuggles when invited. Her sweet and gentle nature makes her an ideal best friend for someone looking for a loving, easygoing pup. * House trained – No accidents here! * Crate trained – Sleeps quietly through the night in her kennel. * Leash trained – Walks well on a harness. * Dog & Cat Friendly – Gets along great with other pets. * Great in the Car – Rides well but needs encouragement to hop in (she’ll jump out on her own when asked).
Honey doesn’t require a high-energy lifestyle. A home that provides moderate exercise, plenty of relaxation time, and lots of love would be perfect for her. She’d do great in a calm household where she can feel safe, soak up affection, and enjoy the good life. Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard. If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home. HOW TO APPLY: From Petfinder.com The fastest way to get to the adoptable dog page is to copy and then paste this link into your browser: https://unitedanimalfriends.org/adoptable-dogs/ When you are on the UAF website Select "Adoptable Dogs" and pick the dog you are interested in. To apply to adopt, go into the dog's profile, and click the gray "Apply for Adoption" button to get started. You could be a life saver! Help us save more lives by fostering a dog or cat.
