Story
Miss Penny was found in Penn Yan, just after July 4th. She was covered in 1000s of fleas, dug herself raw, and in desperate need of medical care and love. I brought her home, took her to numerous vet visits, and have given her all the love and care I can. I have Leukemia, no ability to fight off germs or ability to clot/heal. Bathing her daily requires a lot of time and energy which I lack at this time. Last evening, the shower hose fell while I was giving her a bath, she startled and tried to flee which led to scratching on my hand and arm. It really drove home the fact that I'm NOT able to provide her the kind of care she needs and its time to rehome her. I've been a pretty decent FOSTER, learned all about Manx cats, which I knew NOTHING about. We have diapers, pee pads, and will pass those on to anyone who has the time, love, and energy to take care of this sweet princess!! She is a cuddler for sure! We have other cats and a dog in the home and children, she adores attention!
