Meet Oliver – a truly remarkable seal point Siamese boy with a heart of a survivor.
We received a call from a kind woman who shared that a Siamese cat had been sleeping on her front porch for a couple of weeks and asked if we could help him. When we arrived, she already had him safely in a carrier, ready to go to the rescue. What we discovered next broke our hearts.
When Oliver was taken out of the carrier, we were shocked to see that his entire side was opened up by a deep, traumatic wound — likely the result of a coyote attack. He was painfully thin, declawed, and had clearly been through unimaginable hardship. We rushed him straight to the emergency hospital, where he spent three long weeks fighting for his life. For a while, it was truly touch and go.
But Oliver is a fighter.
Today, he is at a healthy weight, his wound is healing beautifully, his stitches are removed, and he is finally ready to start the life he always deserved. The veterinarian estimates Oliver to be around 5 years old. Despite everything he’s endured, Oliver is incredibly sweet, gentle, and loving. He is a true lap cat who adores being held, cuddled, and showered with affection. He actively seeks out human companionship and is happiest curled up in a lap or being loved on.
Because Oliver is declawed, he must be a strictly indoor-only cat for the rest of his life. He deserves a safe, secure home where he will never again face danger or harm. Everyone who meets Oliver falls in love with him instantly.
Oliver is now searching for his forever home — a loving place where he will be cherished, protected, and spoiled for the rest of his days. This beautiful boy has survived the unthinkable and is ready to give all his love to the family lucky enough to call him theirs. 💙
