This special girl came from a loving home but found herself in need of a new beginning after her family’s divorce. Now thriving in a caring foster home, Knoxie is ready to find her forever family.  Knoxie’s Perfect Match    Knoxie is a family dog through and through. While her breed is known for exceptional hunting abilities, Knoxie prefers the warmth and comfort of home life, curled up by the fireplace with her loved ones. Her friendly demeanor and sweet, deep “bawl” are endearing without being overwhelming.  Why You'll Love Knoxie  Raised in a loving environment, Knoxie is well-socialized and enjoys the company of people and other dogs. She’s athletic and a joy to watch as she runs and plays in the yard. Independent yet affectionate, she has shown none of the stubborn tendencies often associated with her breed. Healthy and ready for her next adventure! Knoxie is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and in excellent health.  Where Is Knoxie?  Knoxie is currently being fostered in Tennessee, but transportation northward can be arranged as part of our regular rescue efforts.  Interested in Adopting Knoxie?  This sweet girl is looking for a forever home where she can thrive as a cherished family member. Story
Meet Delhi, a 7 month-old, 30-ish pound (as of 10/1), hound mix who is full of energy and curiosity. If you're looking for a dog who loves to explore, chase lantern flies, and sniff out every inch of the outdoors, Delhi might be your perfect match. She's a busy girl who is always on the go but will cuddle up with you when she’s ready for a break. Delhi is super food-motivated, making her a great student for training sessions. She already knows several commands like sit, come, lie down, and is working on stay and crate training. While she’s a quick learner, she does have a strong will, which is typical for her breed. While she’s crate trained and sleeps well through the night, she prefers not to be cooped up during the day and loves to know what’s happening around her. She’s still getting used to the sounds of the city but is getting braver every day. Delhi’s ideal home would be one with a backyard and perhaps in a quieter neighborhood where she can relax and explore at her own pace. With her sweet personality and eagerness to learn, Delhi will thrive in a loving, patient home. If you’re ready for an adventure, Delhi is ready to join you on your journey!
