🚨 URGENT – THIS SWEET BOY NEEDS A HERO NOW 🚨 Friendly • Great with Dogs • Walks Great on Leash • Losing His Home Through NO Fault of His Own This handsome boy has been entered into our Managed Intake program because he killed chickens — and now his owner no longer wants him. He is suddenly unwanted, confused, and at risk despite being a genuinely wonderful dog with people and other dogs. He walks great on leash, is VERY friendly, and is excellent with other dogs. He has so much potential and so much love to give — he just needs a home that understands his needs and will set him up for success. ✨ What makes him amazing: • Great with other dogs • Friendly and trusting • Walks beautifully on leash • Young, sweet, and eager to please • Not safe with chickens or free-roaming birds He didn’t deserve to lose his home over this. He needs a safe place IMMEDIATELY — a foster, adopter, or rescue who will see what a truly good dog he is. 💔 Please step up for this beautiful boy NOW. He is running out of time and deserves a chance to start over with a family who won’t give up on him. PLEASE DONT LET THEM KILL HIM TEXT KAREN 4136298152

Story
Meet Sparrow – A Gentle Soul Ready to Belong Sparrow is a 2-year-old, 37-lb sweetheart with a quiet strength that shines once he feels safe. He’s affectionate, loyal, and deeply appreciative of human companionship. Sparrow enjoys being near his people, soaking up attention, and sharing calm, meaningful moments. He has a gentle, easygoing nature and a sweetness that makes everyone around him feel special. Left Behind, But Never Broken Sparrow’s story is a heartbreaking one. When his family moved away, they left him behind—confused, alone, and wondering what he had done wrong. Despite this betrayal, Sparrow never lost his trust in people or his loving spirit. Thanks to the care and compassion of our rescue partners at SOS el Arca Animal Rescue, Sparrow was given safety, stability, and the chance to heal both emotionally and physically. Today, Sparrow is a healthy, well-adjusted 2-year-old who is ready to leave his past behind and finally experience the security and love of a forever home. A Chance at a New Beginning Sparrow has spent far too long waiting for someone to choose him. He deserves a home where he will never be abandoned again—where he can feel safe, loved, and truly part of a family. Sparrow is Ready for His Forever Home -Neutered and microchipped -Up to date on all vaccinations -Heartworm tested (negative) -Dewormed -On flea, tick, and heartworm prevention A Wonderful Companion Sparrow does well with other dogs and enjoys calm, friendly interactions. He can also coexist with cats and is gentle and respectful with people. He would thrive in a home that offers patience, consistency, and reassurance as he continues to build confidence and trust. We would love to bring Sparrow to New York on our next transport in January, but he can only make the journey with a committed adopter or a foster-to-adopt home in place. Sparrow has already lost one home through no fault of his own, and we are determined to make sure his next move leads to stability, love, and a forever family. If you’re able to open your heart and home—even temporarily—you could change Sparrow’s life forever. Can You Be Sparrow’s Second Chance If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who will cherish the home you give him, Sparrow may be the perfect match. Apply today at sosanimalwelfare.org or email us at sosanimalwelfare@gmail.com. We’re happy to answer any questions. Sparrow is ready to be chosen, to be loved, and to finally belong. Will you be the one who gives him the home he’s been waiting for?

Story
Grinch is a sweet, resilient 4-year-old, 40-lb boy with a calm spirit and a kind heart. He has a gentle, thoughtful nature and approaches the world with quiet curiosity. Grinch enjoys companionship, relaxed moments with people he trusts, and the simple comfort of feeling safe. He is the kind of dog who bonds deeply and will be a loyal, steady presence in his future home. From the Streets to Safety Grinch was rescued from the street along with four other dogs by a woman who had been caring for them. When she later lost her job and could no longer afford their care, she made the difficult but loving decision to seek help. Grinch was brought to our rescue partners at SOS el Arca Animal Rescue, where he finally received consistent food, shelter, and the medical care he needed. Despite the uncertainty of his early life, Grinch has remained gentle, trusting, and deeply appreciative of kindness. He has shown that with stability and love, he truly blossoms. A Chance at a New Beginning We would love to bring Grinch to New York on our January transport, but he can only make the journey with a committed adopter or foster-to-adopt home in place. Grinch has already endured too much uncertainty in his life—his next chapter deserves to be one of security, love, and belonging. Grinch is Ready for His Forever Home: -Neutered and microchipped -Fully vaccinated -Heartworm tested (negative) -Dewormed -On flea, tick, and heartworm prevention A Wonderful Companion Grinch does well with other dogs and enjoys calm, friendly interactions. He would thrive in a home that offers patience, consistency, and affection. Someone willing to give him time to settle in will be rewarded with a deeply loyal and loving companion. If you’re looking for a gentle soul who will truly appreciate the home you give him, Grinch may be the perfect match. Fill out our adoption application, which can be easily found at sosanimalwelfare.org, and email it to sosanimalwelfare@gmail.com with any questions. Grinch is ready for his fresh start—and for a family who will never let him feel abandoned again!
