Like any young hound, he’ll benefit from a bit of guidance and training, but with patience and consistency, he’s sure to blossom into an incredibly loyal, well-mannered friend. Colt is looking for a family who’ll give him plenty of opportunities to explore, play, and learn! Colt’s $200 Adoption Fee is a great deal. He is neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, wormed & current on monthly heartworm preventative. Colt’s estimated month of birth is 10/2023. This big, sweet girl finally got a break in a short-term foster home. When she first arrived, she was a little restless, adjusting to life outside the shelter. But after just a few days, she settled in—sleeping through the night, relaxing on her doggy bed, and proving to be a pretty chill girl. She loves to cuddle, enjoys lounging, and has occasional playful bursts of energy. Thin Crust Pizza is smart and eager to please, picking up on training quickly. She’s also incredibly gentle and affectionate, happily soaking up pets from anyone willing to give them. She did great with her foster homes cats—just a quick sniff, then she was on her way. She’s dog-friendly/selective and lived with multiple dogs in her previous home. Slow introductions are always best, and CARE’s Volunteer Training Team is happy to help! She would probably do best in a home with older kids, just due to her size. If you’re looking for a loving, low-energy, and well-mannered companion, Thin Crust Pizza is ready to be your new best friend!
