So, usually the pair, Bonnie and Clyde are running AWAY from people, right?? WELL, NOT US!!! We were found on the side of the road running TOWARDS the rescuers! Skinny and sad and STARVING we were just waiting for the right people to stop and save us :) We went straight to the rescue and are loving the life of a rescued pup... of course, we are ready to steal away to YOUR house any.time...... ;) We are big pups with lots of growing to do, we will be the size of the coonhound versus a lab. Our ears kind of give us away.... AND they lead us in the right direction, cause we can channel the moon if we want :) Either one of us would fill your home with love and houndy barks, we are built for adventure so if you are looking for a partner in crime aka adventure; we are ready!!! This big, sweet girl finally got a break in a short-term foster home. When she first arrived, she was a little restless, adjusting to life outside the shelter. But after just a few days, she settled in—sleeping through the night, relaxing on her doggy bed, and proving to be a pretty chill girl. She loves to cuddle, enjoys lounging, and has occasional playful bursts of energy. Thin Crust Pizza is smart and eager to please, picking up on training quickly. She’s also incredibly gentle and affectionate, happily soaking up pets from anyone willing to give them. She did great with her foster homes cats—just a quick sniff, then she was on her way. She’s dog-friendly/selective and lived with multiple dogs in her previous home. Slow introductions are always best, and CARE’s Volunteer Training Team is happy to help! She would probably do best in a home with older kids, just due to her size. If you’re looking for a loving, low-energy, and well-mannered companion, Thin Crust Pizza is ready to be your new best friend!

Gladys has no idea to even expect good things from people, but responds well to attention and learning new things. Of course her hound nose is always working and she will need a fenced yard so she can move freely but not go too far. Gladys is fine with other dogs with proper introduction.
