Story
Hi! I'm Daisy! Although I love scatches and snuggles, it takes me a moment to warm up. I can be a shy girl but please don't let that stop you. I know sit and try to do it as fast as you say it. I would absolutely love a furever home where I can show how much love my heart can carry!

Story
From Sprite's foster mom: Sprite would make an amazing addition to a family looking for an active pup! She enjoys hiking, playing keep away, and pouncing at her friends initiating a game of tag! She loves being outside munching on sticks in the sunshine, she loves all dogs, she also tries to play with cats but is still learning she can’t be as rough with them, and even though she’s working through her car sickness she loves going on adventures!

Story
Bella is around 9 years old estimated. She came to us as a stray and has always had a very gentle soul. Always greeted people and other dogs with licks and a happy smile. She does love food very much, so food on counters is not safe! Bella needs a home that will allow her to go outside on her time and someone with a free schedule. She is not high maintenance, but since she is an older lady, she cannot control her bladder all the time especially if she drinks too much water. Most times she has little accidents in her sleep, which is not her fault. She is an overall good and sweet dog.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Chief is an 8 month old Collie mix.  The owner got him at a yard sale and was told he was a Collie/Feist mix but we are not sure we believe that. Chief was surrendered to us when he got injured.  We think he may have been hit by a car and his wrist was broken through both his radius and ulna bones.  We had to take Chief to a specialist to have surgery.  The only way they could stabilize the bones was to use and external fixator device.   Chief is doing well but we are having to keep him in a kennel at the vets office so he doesn't hurt his leg.  Our director takes him to Winston Salem every 2 weeks to have a check up on how he is healing.   He is still up for adoption and would love to have his forever home. If you would like to meet Chief please fill out an application from our website.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 14, 2024, 10:19 pm
