Hi, I'm Noel. I'm not the type to make the first move, but once you've earned my trust, you'll find a loyal and gentle friend in me. My past experiences have made me a bit fear reactive, so I need someone patient and understanding. I promise, once I feel safe, my loving nature shines. I may be shy, but I'm full of love to give. I'd be the perfect companion for someone who appreciates a quiet, loyal friend. Why should you adopt me? Because I promise to be the most loyal friend you'll ever have, and I'm ready to share my gentle spirit with someone who understands and respects my boundaries. Noel has been added to the urgent list due to her fear reactivity around other dogs. She would do best with another low to medium energy dog. She does tend to resource guard food/toys around other dogs so feeding her separately is advised. Unfortunately this is her second time in the shelter and she is anxious in this environment. She is still in search of her forever loving home!
