Story
Meet Echo, a charming white and tan Collie mix who steals hearts with her sweet demeanor and endearing quirks. Echo is a bundle of love wrapped in a soft, flowing coat, and she thrives on affection, connection, and a touch of the whimsical.
One of Echo's most unique habits is her insistence on bringing her breakfast and dinner to bed. It's as though she believes meals are best enjoyed in the coziest spot in the house. This quirky ritual never fails to make her family smile and adds to her reputation as a lovable, one-of-a-kind companion.
Echo is also a master of hugs, often leaning in to wrap her fluffy self around those she loves most. Her warm, comforting embrace can brighten even the cloudiest day. She's a social butterfly who adores being groomed and bathed, treating each spa day as an opportunity to bask in the attention she so deeply enjoys. With her glossy coat and radiant personality, Echo always looks and feels her best, ready for cuddles at a moment's notice.
Cuddling, in fact, is her favorite pastime. Whether it's curling up on the couch or snuggling under the covers, Echo is happiest when she's close to her humans. Her gentle, loving nature makes her the perfect companion for cozy evenings at home.
Echo's quirky habits and boundless affection make her a truly unforgettable dog. She's not just a pet—she's a source of joy, comfort, and endless love for everyone lucky enough to know her.
Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!
Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $275+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs.
Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
