PHYSICAL FENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED Get ready to fall head over heels for Blue, the stunning blue-eyed merle Collie/Aussie that's about to steal the show! This young and adventurous boy is fresh into TriState and is guaranteed to turn heads with his striking good looks. With a personality that's just as captivating as his appearance, Blue is ready to capture hearts and find his forever home. Blue came into our program through no fault of his own when his owner suddenly passed away. This really rocked his world but like most of our Collie friends, he is very resilient and looking forward to the next chapter. He was very loved and it shows in his easy-going personality and willingness to please his humans. Blue loves new adventures like hiking and exploring and will need an active family/human to help him in his weight loss journey. And if that’s not enough, his resume includes knowing sit, down, come, stay and hand signals! But we expect nothing less with the mix of two very intelligent breeds! If Blue strikes your fancy and you are ready to help him continue to be the best Collie/Aussie citizen ever, please fill out an adoption application today! Don't wait! And if Blue isn’t your cup of tea, we have many more Collies of all ages coming in weekly. Please visit https://tristatecollierescue.org/how-to-adopt/ to complete the adoption application. Blue is being fostered in Ohio If you are interested in this dog; and wish additional information, you MUST submit an application on our website. Once we receive your application, an interviewer will call you and try to answer any additional questions you may have. In order to continue our rescue efforts and help more dogs, we require an adoption donation ranging from $75 - $500, depending on the age, breed and the expenses incurred on the individual dog. Our application can be found at http://www.tristatecollierescue.org/ under the adopt tab. Thank you.

Story
PHYSICAL FENCE REQUIRED Meet Trudy and Chase, a bonded pair of lovely Sable Collies who are looking for a forever home where they can heal and thrive together. Trudy’s name reflects her strong and resilient spirit despite what she and her brother Chase have been through. Gotta love the resilience of our Collie friends! After losing their owner, they found themselves in very uncertain times, but their bond to each other to each other has remained unbreakable. Trudy and Chase are a package deal and must be adopted together. They share a deep connection and separating them would cause more stress and heartache. Both Collies are gentle, loving and loyal and truly want to be with humans. They are looking for a family who can provide them with the stability, patience and love that they had with their previous owner. As siblings, they’ve been through thick and thin together and they rely on each other for comfort and companionship. Trudy and Chase promise to bring joy, loyalty and love into your life and they’ll be by each other’s side every step of the way. Just about the definition of this wonderful breed! Trudy and Chase will also require their new family or person to help them on their weight loss journey. That will be key so that they don’t carry this extra weight into their senior years. Think of the looks and attention these two beauties will get as you walk them around your neighborhood! If Trudy and Chase strike your fancy and you are ready to help them continue to be the best Collie citizen ever, please fill out an adoption application today! Don't wait! And if Trudy and Chase are not your cup of tea, we have many more Collies of all ages coming in weekly. Story
PHYSICAL FENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED Stella has lots to say about herself and who better to tell us a little something about her: “Don’t let my old school name fool you! I am a 21st century Collie! I admit, I am a goofy girl but beyond smart as Collies are supposed to be right?! Playing and being sinistrally silly is my jam. I am beyond my puppyhood pranks but I still like to act like a youngster – in a good way, of course! My beauty, well, if I do say so myself…speaks for itself!! I am ready to roll if you want to be my rock!! We shall have the best times, I promise! Just look for me, Stella, and put your application in soon!” Stella is truly the quintessential Collie girl. Her only challenge is with the felines who just don’t agree with her spunk (they are likely jealous of her beauty!). Stella would make an excellent sport dog or agility/rally as she truly has a knack for it. A fence would be ideal so she can show off all her moves and run to her hearts content. If Stella strikes your fancy and you are ready to help her continue to be the best Collie citizen ever, please fill out an adoption application today! Don't wait! And if Stella isn’t your cup of tea, we have many more Collies of all ages coming in weekly. Please visit https://tristatecollierescue.org/how-to-adopt/ to complete the adoption application. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Vincent Van Bone is a 1-2 yo collie mix male who weighs about 35 pounds and loves to socialize with his foster dog siblings and show affection to his humans. He is house trained, crate trained, does well in the car, and he’s good on the leash. He knows the command sit and working on shake. He enjoys running around in the backyard with his friends and after some exercise he likes to rest on the floor or couch. While he plays with other dogs you’ll hear him chit chatting with them. He is good with kids. Vincent Van Bone is a handsome boy who will bring so much joy and laughter to his future adoptive family. Consider welcoming Vincent Van Bone into your home. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   April 14, 2025, 8:13 pm

6 FOOT PRIVACY FENCE REQUIRED Litter Mates Seek Forever Home Together Meet Pippi and Polly. Adorable Scottish Collie litter mates seeking a forever home where they can stay together. These two loving sisters have grown up side by side and share an unbreakable bond. Through no fault of theirs, they came into rescue and need your love. Pippi, the shy and reserved one, requires a special home with a 6-foot fence to provide her with the security and comfort she needs. She can startle easily, so a quiet and peaceful environment is essential. With patience and gentle care, Pippi will blossom into a confident and loving companion. She is learning that humans can offer love and kindness and will seek it out when she is scared. Polly, on the other hand, is more outgoing and calmer. She's the perfect big sister, always looking out for Pippi and providing her with the confidence she needs. Polly is a natural-born leader, and her presence helps bring out the best in Pippi.
