Kiwi loves to sing kiwi-oke and make sure everyone knows he has arrived!!! This little guy is super sweet. He loves to be held and sure does know how to turn on the puppy eyes. He loves playing with his siblings and finding a good stick to carry around. All of the "fruit puppies would do well in a high activity household and would be ideal candidates for active families. They would do well in homes with older kids, but probably not newborns/small babies since they love to tackle and play contact sports. They would need very slow introductions to any feline friends, as they all seem to have some prey drive. They all did well in the bath and were really good for nail trims. They will need continued work on potty training. They have not had crate experience but have done will in the fenced in yard and in a tall playpen. They did good when wearing their collars, but have not had any leash experience. They all LOVE food and seem to be eager to please. Training them should be a breeze!! They just can't wait for you to come meet them and continue showing them just how great life can be!!

Cantaloupe is feeling rather meloncholy that he hasn't met his forever family yet. Cantaloupe is a sweet little guy who can be a bit shy at first. After he warms up to you, he becomes a totally different dog! He loves playing with his siblings and running around the backyard. All of the "fruit puppies would do well in a high activity household and would be ideal candidates for active families. Cranberry is the berry best boy! This little guy may be one of the smaller ones in his litter, but he has the biggest heart!! He loves getting all the attention and naturally stole the show when visiting the nurses at UNC Rex. He cannot wait to find his forever family and get to show them all the unconditional love in the world!! "He has excellent potty training and crate training skills, and seemed to prefer sleeping in his crate even when given an option (and was a breeze sleeping all night)." "He is food motivated (though not overly so) and makes us think that he will easily learn new skills!" "Cranberry is a great passenger in the car and enjoyed several outings with us, always staying calm, snuggly and up for a good time!"
