Story
Say Hello to Cider, a beagle/lab mix girl born around 7/17/24. Cider is a sweet, loving and cuddly little girl. She is shy at first, but warms up quickly. Be prepared for lots of puppy kisses once she does! Cider loves to run and play in her backyard so she would really love her future family to have a structurally fenced in area. She is currently 15 pounds and will weigh around 40lbs when fully grown. Cider is great with other dogs and children. She loves her puppy toys, but mostly she is looking to be someone’s companion. She sometimes goes with her foster mom to work and enjoys chilling in the office or meeting someone new who will give her scratches and belly rubs. Her family needs to be home often to continue her puppy training. Cider is current on her vaccines and her adoption fee includes her future spay and microchip. To apply for this sweet baby, please email adopt@carolinapaws.com.

Story
Introducing Casper, a handsome Lab/Colliemix boy born around 7/17/24. Casper is a very happy, sweet, and social puppy. He is always up for playing, chasing, wrestling, and exploring. He believes everyone, both dog and human, are his friends. His foster mom says he LOVES to be held and get lots of loving. He returns the love with lots of face licks. Casper is looking for a family with a fenced in backyard and who is home often to continue his puppy training. Casper will probably be around 50 pounds when fully grown. He is a very smart boy. He knows his “sit” command, and is quickly catching on to other puppy manners. He is doing well with crate and house training. He does well in the car, and enjoys outings, “talking” to anyone who will engage with him! Casper is current on his vaccines. His adoption fee includes his future neuter and microchip. To apply for this awesome little guy, please apply at adopt@carolinapaws.com.

Story
My name is Pauley and I would love to be your BFF kind of family member.   I am 4 months old and they tell me that I am a ONE OF A KIND sort of puppy.  My colors and my dazzling blue eyes and ears that are going to be unpredictable (will they go up or stay down)  is what makes everyone stop and turn around to take a look at me.  I honestly love everyone and every creature that I meet.  God just made me to be a happy boy inside and out.  I really like dogs, cats and I adore children.  I never meet a stranger that I didn't like.  They say that I am a forgiving pup and I have had some hard times and things done to me that most dogs would never forgive.  But all that is in the past.  I just feel that I must be kind and show people what the true love of a dog can feel like. They say it is hard to know exactly what kind of breeds are in my background but I know that they tell me I am different and very special.  I am almost 20 pounds and probably headed to being a 45 pound adult when I am fully grown. I am learning about crates, housebreaking schedules to follow and I have mastered walking on a leash.  I am ready NOW for a home and so here I am !!!!   If you want to make me a part of your life please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com  I promise to be loyal through and through to YOU!        PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com  October 31, 2024, 2:39 pm

Story
Say hello to our very sweet Red Heeler mix boy that we call Bert! This handsome boy is only 6 months old and weighs 27 pounds and was born in a barn in rural Middle Tennessee to a Heeler momma who was barely hanging to life.  She was nursed back to health and has found a home already. Without knowing who dad is, we might just say that he is a “Heinz 57” Heeler mix boy that is destined to be a 35 pound dog when fully grown.  What you realize about Bery when you meet him is that he is a little shy and follows like a shadow.  He is needing some very specific one on one attention and confidence building.  He would thrive in a home with lots of loving people and even other pets are welcomed like cats or dogs.  He is very accustomed to lots of busy hustle and bustle in the foster home and this is a good thing.  He just wants to be by your side and follow you around.  We will say up front that he does not have a lot of leash practice.  His busy foster mom has been moving in to a new house and she fosters cats and other dogs and stays a little tied up with running her own business from home AND being a busy foster to multiple abandoned cats and dogs.  Bert is a healthy boy and is neutered and had all his shots finished and microchipped and dewormings done. Bert loves to play and frolic with his brother Ernie who looks more like a Red Heeler even than Bert.  If you know about the Heeler breed, you will read that they are devoted and  extremely smart.  One of the smartest breeds of dogs on the planet.  In his foster home Bert is more outgoing than when in new outside the home situations.  That will change with some practice in taking him places.   We predict that Bert will be one of those never to be forgotten  family pets that will stand out in a family’s mind as one of the best dogs they ever owned.   BERT IS HOUSEBROKEN AND CRATE TRAINED….and rides like a champ in the car.   We love his brindle red coloring and his very unique and funky ears that may change shape still as he grows.  Please write to us and tell us where you live when asking about Bert.   Critter Cavalry Rescue would like to have you email us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com and ask for the application. PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comOctober 31, 2024, 2:39 pm
