Story
Bandit here, checking in for pup duty! I’m a well-mannered senior gentleman looking for a loving home. I grew up with a lifetime of love from my person, but they're no longer with me, and now I’m hoping to find a new family to share my golden years with. I really love car and truck rides, especially with a breeze in my fur and maybe a pup cup along the way. After our drive, a hike is perfect! From the foothills to the Bosque and the park, I love exploring. When I’m not out and about, I enjoy playing with sticks or lounging inside. I know stay, heel, and lay down, and I’m housetrained (though I may need a little time adjusting in a new home). I’m social and gentle with everyone, including kids, and I get along well with other dogs. (Cats, though, are just too tempting to chase.) I thrive on attention and love a good nap afterward. If you’re ready for a loyal, charming companion for rides, walks, and cozy moments, I just might be your guy. Come meet me today! Ruff!

Story
I’m an older, very sweet girl who needs some attention because of an old injury. I’m OK, no worries, but when I play I need to tone it down. So if you have another furever friend, that doggie probably should be a pretty mellow player. We should meet and greet to figure things out. But I love to go on walks and I know “sit,” “down,” and “drink water.” I’ve never met a belly rub I didn’t like! I like people, too, but I would LOVE you if you took me home.

Story
Hi there! My name is Wess. I've been told that I'm too big to be a lap dog but I don't believe that for a second! I really like meeting new people. Especially the ones who bring me snacks! I used to be the protector of my people and our home but now I'm learning that I don't have to do that anymore! I like my new job much better: Chief Inspector of Squeaky Toys and Tasty Treats. Come down to Animal Humane's main campus and say hi to me! I can't wait to meet you!
