** PLEASE EMAIL questions, please DO NOT call. We are a volunteer based group and are unable to handle the call volume. WE WILL BE HOLDING ADOPTIONS ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS FROM 10-4 PM at our Adoption Center. Our adoption center is located next to CAL Ranch at 232 North Jones (I-95) Suite 170. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY, BUT WE DO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE STORE. Zamara is almost 5 1/2 yrs old and weighs about 57 lbs. She was adopted from a shelter but surrendered as she was getting out of their yard (chainlink). She was reported that she was housebroken and dog door trained. She was very protective of her home and people. This includes while she is on a walk. She needs a home where the household does not have alot of people coming/going from the home. (single or couple) She is a door dasher. More will be known about me soon. A Path 4 Paws holds adoption events at our Adoptions Store, located at 232 N. Jones Blvd, Suite 170 right next to CAL Ranch (North Jones/ I-95). Please bring your dog(s) for a meet and greet (if applicable) Please bring your entire family so everyone can meet. If you are interested in Zamara, please contact dogrescuelv@hotmail.com to confirm the dog you are interested in, will be attending that particular event. We have limited space at the store, therefore we can not take every dog out to the event. This pet is spayed/neutered, has current vaccinations and includes a microchip, deworming and 2 free vet visits, including a Healthy Start Certificate with the VCA Hospitals with a $250 health credit (restrictions apply). Adoption fee applies. Please make sure you have read the information listed on the homepage for requirements and restrictions. Foster homes & volunteers are always needed. Please contact us regarding how you can help by fostering or volunteering for our organization.

Smokey is full of energy and likes to cuddle. He is in need of an owner who can give him attention and some training. He knows basic commands. He gets along with the dogs in the house. Not sure about other dogs.

Story
I took oreo in for a friend of mine, unfortunately I am unable to keep her. I work long hours and she needs a home that can offer more time to her. She is a great dog. I have a 6 year old she has been amazing with. I have also socialized her with other dogs she is a little shy but does well. She is a very loving affectionate dog. I would like her to go to a home that has a lot of love to offer she is a loving dog and needs someone's time and attention. She is well behaved I take her with me out shopping and to parks.
