Meet Sunni!This pretty lady is an eight-year-old Collie mix, and she is currently looking for her forever home! Sunni was found as a stray and was never reclaimed, now she is looking for her new forever home! This sweet gal is great with both cats and dogs, we also offer trial adoptions to make sure she's a pawfect fit for your family! Sunni does great with kiddos, she's very loving and gentle. She is also both house broken and crate trained, so you don't have to worry about any messes! Sunni is HW NEGATIVE, UTD on vaccinations, weighs 61 pounds, and is ready to be adopted today!Sunni's adoption fee is $90 plus tax, her fee has partially been sponsored by PAWS in LYON COUNTY!Dogs are $115 and puppies are $110 unless otherwise noted. All cats and kittens are $75.00 unless otherwise noted. Our system automatically updates adoptable websites every two hours. Feel free to email or call us with any questions you may have. Our contact number is 270-887-4175. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30-4 and is closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1. Adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis for owner releases. Strays have a wait list.

Addie is a 4 month old collie mix! She is the most loving puppy you will find! Addie loves cuddles, going on walks, learning new tricks (if it means more treats), loves all people and all animals, and pretty much anything that moves. She knows how to sit, shake, high five, lay down, inside voice, speak, jump, and if you say “go to bed” she goes straight to her kennel. She is kennel/potty trained (just as long as you take her straight outside after letting her out from her kennel and right after she eats)! Addie is a very well behaved puppy for her age. The only thing is she really likes socks. She does great with other dogs and animals and humans! She is also super submissive and doesn’t have a mean bob in her body!

Can a Collie get a break here?? Yes, we think I am a collie mix and what a handsome boy I am!! I did not look this handsome when I arrived at the rescue, but a DEDICATED foster took me in and nursed me back to health and (even though it will be hard for her), I am READY for my FUREVER HOME!!! I came from a plea at a local animal control facility- I had been attacked by three other dogs at the facility who broke into my kennel and mauled me pretty bad :( My foster mom saw the post and agreed to help, and HELP she DID!!! Even though not a medical foster, she learned ALL the things she had to do to help my body and my soul heal. My back end/sides were torn OPEN on each side, numerous bite marks and punctures and infection when she got me. I spent quite a bit of time at the rescue vet for debridement and treatment of the very serious infections and then she took me home and changed my dressings daily and then weekly and then no more dressings!! I am a very very sweet and cuddly boy. House/crate trained, great with other dogs and everyone I meet (except kitties- not a fan). I am a medium sized boy and I am ready for you!!! My ideal family will love and appreciate my survivor personality, my cuddly and happy temperament and will keep me safe from harm for as long as they are blessed to have me :) Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)
