Story
Shiloh is a very sweet 6 year old girl. The vet thinks she is Collie, Husky, Shepherd, but to me that face says there's Corgi in there somewhere! We adopted Shiloh from a rescue at 3 months old after someone discovered her and her litter mates thrown in a dumpster. She has always been timid, but as our kids have aged and our house has become increasingly noisy and active Shiloh has become unhappy and spends most of her time hiding in the basement. Shiloh is good with kids, adults and other dogs (she's never been around cats) but she does need a quieter/calmer home. She also loves a good bone, chasing a ball in the backyard, running through the snow and laying in front of the fireplace! The only reason she's not up to date on shots is because she's not a fan of going places.

I'm Luna, a 2.5-year-old Border Collie with a big heart & an even bigger spirit. I came to this shelter after my original owner went to college & left me with his parents who couldn't keep me. I'm still getting used to my new surroundings, but I'm starting to show my sweet & affectionate personality. I can be a little shy at first, especially in this busy place, but once I feel comfortable, I love to cuddle & give gentle nudges for pets! I've learned a few commands like "Sit, "Stay, & "Paw, & I'm housebroken, so I'm ready to be part of your home. I'm curious about the world around me. Car rides & walks make me wag my tail with joy, & I never say no to treats-they're the best! I'm still figuring out how to make friends with other dogs, but I think with the right buddy, I could have a great time. I'm not so sure about cats or little kids, so it might be best if I live with kids aged 10+ who can understand my need for a little space & respect my gentle nature. If you're patient & loving, I promise to reward you with all the cuddles & companionship you could ever want. I can't wait to find my forever home where I can feel safe and loved.

I'm Quill, a one-year-old Blue Heeler mix with a heart full of love just waiting for the right family to share it with. I was found wandering around Bonneville High School, a little unsure of myself at first, but I promise there's a sweet and snuggly side to me once I feel comfortable! I might be a bit timid initially, but with some patience and gentle encouragement, I'll show you just how loving I can be. I'm still learning the ropes and don't know many commands yet, so I'm looking for a patient family who can help me grow and teach me all the fun stuff. I seem to get along well with other dogs, which is great! I haven't met any cats yet, so I'm not sure how I'd feel about them. As for kids, I think I'd thrive in a home with children aged 10 and up-kids who understand my need for space and can respect my gentle personality. I'm likely house trained, as I'm very clean in my kennel. I'm ready to find my forever home where I can learn, play, and love unconditionally. If you think you could be the right match for a timid but loving guy like me, I can't wait to meet you! Foster-to-adopt opportunity for Bonneville County residents only.
