Hi! My name is Tumbes! I was rescued by Big Dog Ranch Rescue along with my siblings when I was just a puppy in 2023. I am now 2 and I have not had the best of luck finding that elusive Forever home, but I am still wishful and staying positive the right family is out there ready to make me a member. I am a super sweet boy who loves to play. I do have tons of energy and can be a handful, therefore a home with a yard to run in and lots of toys to play with would be great! It's even better when YOU play with me. I would do best in a home with older and bigger kids as I can get pretty playful and bouncy at times. I can be a bit selective about my furry friends so a proper introduction will be needed for me. The Trainers here at BDRR can assist with that and we will also get a FREE training session when you adopt me. I am just a playful guy waiting for a chance to prove how deserving I am. Won't YOU be the one to give me that chance?

This sweet boy was born in the deserts of El Paso, Texas, where packs of wild dogs roam freely. Thankfully, a kind-hearted Good Samaritan rescued him and his entire litter, giving them a chance at a better life. After weeks of socialization, he and his brother made their way to Florida in search of their forever homes. He’s an affectionate, playful pup who loves to cuddle! Though initially a bit shy, once he trusts you, he’s the most loyal companion. He’s crate-trained and gets along well with other dogs, cats, and kids. However, he thrives in a home with other dogs, as he looks to them for comfort and confidence. Sadly, he has spent his entire puppyhood in rescue, waiting for the loving family he deserves. After more than a year with us, it’s time for him to experience what it truly means to have a home. Could you be the one to show him that love?

WATCH MY VIDEO...Handsome two-year-old Chester is very sweet and walks wonderfully on the leash. He is mindful of his surroundings and is very polite. This fellow appears to be house trained, he is very loving and enjoys receiving lots of pets and attention. If you have a dog at home, a meet and greet can be scheduled to make sure they get along.
