Story
Name: Cinder Age: 8 Weeks Breed: Cocker Spaniel Mix Gender: Female Weight: 5 pounds Good with kids: Not fostered with, but puppies Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Not fostered with, but puppies Current on vaccinations: Yes Adoption also includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Foster location: Waupaca Application & Website: &#226&#129&#166https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html&#226&#129&#169 Bio: Cinder is the only short haired puppy from Shabba’s litter and seems to take after the suspected father’s black and white coloring. She has a tinge of brown in the right light on her cheeks. Cinder is more outgoing than Blaze and Spark and visits the edge of the pen for attention and loves to nuzzle into your neck if you hold her close. Cinder is a young puppy and will need a loving and patient adopter to teach her obedience, where to do her potty business as well as any crate training or other adult doggy behaviors you are hoping to see. Luckily she is a clean slate and ready to learn. This group of Fire Puppies looks for potty pads in the pen often and does a fairly good job keeping their messes contained to one area. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. An approved application does not mean you must adopt the dog of interest, if it isn't a good fit. January 26, 2025, 10:53 am

Story
Sometimes people come to rescue looking for that PERFECT dog. And sometimes we have dogs that have truly been rescued and while they may not be perfect for a lot of homes, are just as deserving, and even more rewarding when progress is made. Dahlia is just that girl. She was treated poorly and thankfully for her, that individual is serving his time and she has the opportunity to find a real loving forever home. Dahlia is a 3 year old, 20-ish pound cocker spaniel looking for a quiet home that will make her feel safe. We aren’t sure about her experience with cats, but she would prefer to be an only dog and only older (teenage+ ) kids that will really respect her space. Going to the groomer or having her toys taken from her are things she doesn’t appreciate, but considering her mistreatment early in life, we don’t blame her. Dahlia just needs time and that extra love to know that eventually everything can be a safe and positive experience. Once she is comfortable, she is an absolute sweetheart! She even sleeps well in her crate and will let you know when it’s time to go out! If you have the kind heart and hand needed to make this sweet rescued girl feel safe, please consider giving Dahlia the chance she’s never had at the loving home every dog deserves. Story
Hi there, I am Chuck. I am 2.5 years old. I am not fond of men and prefer to be with only 1 person, as I tend to try to protect the female in the home. I love my foster and greet her when she comes home with lots of kisses! I am kennel trained, but I have the whole house when no one is home, and I have not had any accidents in the house. Besides the ladies I love treats, walks, car rides, toys, and rolling around in the leaves. I do not care for cats, as I tend to chase after and bark at them. Can I be the fella that puts a smile on your face after a long day?

Story
Penny is a 19 month old Brittany/Hound mix. She is UTD on vaccines, microchipped, Heartworm negative and on preventative.  She minds her foster mom really well and has great recall. Penny knows the command sit and is working on stay. She is not very vocal and does not bark much. She loves running in the yard and is good with other dogs. Penny loves her toys and she also loves treats. Penny is a very healthy girl. Penny's foster mom says she is not destructive and loves to lounge in her dog bed. Because she gets overly excited, Penny jumps on people, but her foster mom is working with her.  Because of her jumping, Penny will not be a good fit for a home with small children.  Penny is being fostered in Tennessee. Her adoption fee is $325.00 and can be transported up to 1400 miles via our Canine Railroad with the adopter taking the last leg, usually less than 100 miles.  Applications for Penny can be found on www.nbran.org.  For more information, email dltuthill@epbfi.com or ztasuzanne@gmail.com.  November 4, 2024, 9:17 pm

Story
Pink noseHI! My name is Anna. Not from FROZEN, even though it sure looks and feels like it outside. I am a sweet southern lady who is looking for her furever home. I am only 9 months young. Me and my sister found ourselves without our hoodad and NBRAN was nice to take us both in since we are part Brittany from our mom, and our furdad was a lab.  I have the best foster mom who has been working with me since I’m still a puppy. She has crate and potty trained me. She is teaching me to walk on a leash. When we go for a walk, I like to talk to people, dogs and cats and tell them hi! I will need a physical fence of at least 4 feet.  I have been spayed and UTD on all my shots and HW preventative. I love to cuddle and snuggle on the couch. I will also give you plenty of smooches! My favorite activities are running, chasing balls, and watching the birds and squirrels.  I have played with a variety of dogs and get along with them.  Me and sister Elsa are not bonded, and we would prefer to have our own family! If you think I would be a good fit for each other, please contact www.nbran.org to submit an application. My adoption fee is 350.00 I am currently located in Georgia however, if you would love to make me a part of your family, NBRAN will transport up to 1400 miles. If any questions please contact neca227@gmail.com or amypgay@gmail.com or karliebreana@gmail.comJanuary 25, 2025, 7:46 pm
