Story
Meet Holly!! This sweet, gentle and kind cocker spaniel is looking for her forever family. Holly is 3 years old and weighs 29 pounds. Holly is a retired breeding mama recently rescued from a commercial breeder. This sweet girl is a low energy cuddle bug. She loves when her foster humans give her lots of cozy attention. She is a very happy girl! Holly is doing great in her foster home. She is awesome with other dogs and a GREAT dog with kids. Holly is still learning to play with the big dogs but she is gaining more courage everyday! Holly doesn’t require a lot of exercise and she doesn’t have a ton of energy but she definitely wants the humans to give her love and attention. Holly is potty trained and crate trained but there can be regression in a new environment. Holly is UTD on all her vaccines, microchipped and spayed. Her breed does require regular grooming. Holly is being fostered in Kennett Square, Pa and all potential applicants and their household members must be prepared to go to that area to meet her. If you think Holly is a good fit for your family, please apply! Serious applicants only.

PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.12/14/24  Jax is a fantastic 10 month old cocker spaniel mix. He is a very affectionate, playful boy who loves everyone. He is currently in a home with children (newborn to preschool), cats and other dogs, and he is great with all of them! Jax was part of an accidental litter. When the owners couldn't find him a home they dumped him on a family member, and that is who has him now, but can't keep him. He is mostly kept outdoors but is allowed inside too. He is not quite housetrained yet, but is working on it. It's hard with multiple pets, a newborn baby, and toddler/preschool kids. It's a busy household which makes it difficult to watch him for cues that he needs out to potty. In a home of his own, with a little focused attention, he will learn. Jax and his sister Jose have so much love to offer a family. They just need to find someone to give them a chance! He does have a very minor cherry eye (prolapsed tear duct) in one eye. It is not significant enough to do surgery and does not interfere with his vision, but does sometimes cause tears from that eye. There is no treatment needed at this time. Please see the last photo. Jax is fully vetted, about 40lbs, and ready to go to a new home now!*We have more pictures of him on our Facebook or you can email us and we can send more. This site only allows to put 4 pictures. In New England. To apply, please fill out the adoption app: https://form.jotform.com/212690945239059 Message or email apps.aasr@gmail.com with any questions.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. Story
Hello, my name is: PumpkinDOB: 09/07/2020Sex/Breed: Spayed female Cocker SpanielWeight: 29.6 lbsTraits: Reserved, gentle, exquisiteRescued From: Breeding kennel*SPECIAL NEEDS - PUMPKIN IS HEARING AND VISION IMPAIRED*Rescued from a breeding kennel, Pumpkin is ready to start her new life. With her warm, soulful eyes and soft, chocolate fur, she brings a touch of sweetness wherever she goes. Though she’s reserved and unsure of her surroundings, you can see the flicker of hope in her demeanor—she wants to trust, she just needs time to learn how. We believe that having a cataract in her left eye, which appears to limit her vision, doesn`t make things any easier for her. She also seems to be hearing impaired. These things make the world around her overwhelming. This shy girl thrives in the company of other dogs and would greatly benefit from having a canine companion in her forever home. They bring her comfort and confidence, helping her navigate the world around her. She is so joyful when they are around, bouncing around the backyard with them. Pumpkin is also good with cats, making her a perfect fit for a multi-pet household. A quiet home with a safe, secure yard is ideal for Pumpkin, where she can explore at her own pace. She may take some time to warm up to humans, but with patience and gentle encouragement, she’ll blossom into the loving companion she’s meant to be. If you’re looking for a furry friend who needs a little extra love and understanding, Pumpkin is ready to find her forever home. With your help, she’ll learn what it means to be part of a family!Help us continue to step up for dogs like Pumpkin and consider donating towards their medical care: https://secure.givelively.org/donate/all-4-paws-rescueAll our dogs are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting? Story
Granola is a 4 month old spayed female cockapoo who weighs 9 pounds. These dogs were rescued from deplorable conditions and it is clear that they were neglected for some time. After being triaged and receiving sedated grooms, these pups are feeling better than ever. They have tested great with other dogs, have started to learn how to play and we know that they will make wonderful family additions. Their families should be prepared to work on house and leash training, but we have started crate training and it is going well. Do you have room in your heart and home to give this pup a new lease on life?
