Colette will be around 25 pounds as an adult, she is spayed, heartworm negative and is on ProHeart6 heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is 750.00, transport fee is 165.00 The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. After you submit your application please allow a few days to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We do look for the best home that fits each of our pets, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved we with contact you to set up a phone interview. Archie, momma Luna came to us in heat and we wanted to wait to make sure that she was not pregnant before taking her to the vet to get spayed. We took her for her spay appointment and were informed that she had "four little peanuts inside". We are so thankful that they were not aborted as they are the most precious little smart, healthy, happy, playful, adorable puppies of the year! They are fully litter box trained and/or go outside to do their business.. But it is wonderful during bad weather to have them litter box trained and not have to mess with puppy pads. Bubbly Buddy is a loving 2-year-old cocker spaniel. He greets people excitedly and with plenty of kisses. He loves chasing his rope ball around the living room. He also enjoys the occasional octopus toy thrashing as if he grabbed it fresh out of the sea. I’ve worked with him to improve his behavior since he came to me from a previous owner who didn’t give him much affection and care. He’s learned to sleep in his own comfy bed within his crate. He’s in a much calmer state when he is in an adult-only home with no other pets. He may need to be medicated and perhaps see a vet behaviorist. He has bitten people in my home before, but I believe this is due to his mistreatment by the last owner, so he can lash out when scared. He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.
