Story
Meet Frazier!   Frazier is an adorable black and white Parti Cocker spaniel born in rescue on October 19, 2024. Frazier is eight weeks old and is starting his search for his forever family. He is a cuddle bug with a fantastic personality fitting the cocker spaniel breed. Frazier’s mama, Smokey, was surrendered to rescue in October and when she went for her spay appt, we found out she was pregnant and due very soon.  She had the pups in a PPAR foster home and will be spayed soon and looking for her own furever home. Frazier is only available for adoption within NJ and the Philadelphia area. A spay/neuter deposit is required.  He is up to date on age appropriate vaccines, had a wellness visit and is microchipped   Please apply today for Frazier. He’s waiting just for you. He is currently being fostered in Toms River, NJ. https://peytonsplaceanimalrescue.org/adoption-application/ ##2252527##

Story
This friend has just arrived because their owner could no longer keep them. While owners can provide some history on their pets, our medical and behavioral teams will still evaluate them. Dogs that have lived in homes previously typically have some training established, but we cannot guarantee that those behaviors will remain consistent in a new home environment. They are pending interactions with other animals at the shelter until they have been cleared by our vet. Our staff will spend some time getting to know them and we will update their bio with more information as we learn. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific dog but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! All household members, including children and other dogs, must come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, fecal testing, heartworm testing, and a small bag of food to get you started.

Story
This sweet boy here is Neil and he was surrendered us after there was lifestyle changes that were out of hiss paws. His previous family states he is crate trained and house broken and does well when kept on schedule. He knows basic (sit, down, come, leave it, wait, off, fetch and shake). also loves riding in the car. Neil can be selective with who he shares his space with so as always, a meet and greet is required to find the right fit for him.

**A HUGE THANK YOU TO TOM & DENISE FOLEY FOR FULLY SPONSORING PUMPKIN`S ADOPTION FEE IN MEMORY OF THEIR BELOVED PUP, RILEY ** Hello, my name is: PumpkinDOB: 09/07/2020Sex/Breed: Spayed female Cocker SpanielWeight: 29.6 lbsTraits: Reserved, gentle, exquisiteRescued From: Breeding kennel*SPECIAL NEEDS - PUMPKIN IS HEARING AND VISION IMPAIRED*Rescued from a breeding kennel, Pumpkin is ready to start her new life. With her warm, soulful eyes and soft, chocolate fur, she brings a touch of sweetness wherever she goes. Though she’s reserved and unsure of her surroundings, you can see the flicker of hope in her demeanor—she wants to trust, she just needs time to learn how. We believe that having a cataract in her left eye, which appears to limit her vision, doesn`t make things any easier for her. She also seems to be hearing impaired. These things make the world around her overwhelming. This shy girl thrives in the company of other dogs and would greatly benefit from having a canine companion in her forever home. They bring her comfort and confidence, helping her navigate the world around her. She is so joyful when they are around, bouncing around the backyard with them. Pumpkin is also good with cats, making her a perfect fit for a multi-pet household. A quiet home with a safe, secure yard is ideal for Pumpkin, where she can explore at her own pace. She may take some time to warm up to humans, but with patience and gentle encouragement, she’ll blossom into the loving companion she’s meant to be. If you’re looking for a furry friend who needs a little extra love and understanding, Pumpkin is ready to find her forever home. With your help, she’ll learn what it means to be part of a family!Help us continue to step up for dogs like Pumpkin and consider donating towards their medical care: https://secure.givelively.org/donate/all-4-paws-rescueAll our dogs are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting? Story
Granola is a 4 month old spayed female cockapoo who weighs 9 pounds. These dogs were rescued from deplorable conditions and it is clear that they were neglected for some time. After being triaged and receiving sedated grooms, these pups are feeling better than ever. They have tested great with other dogs, have started to learn how to play and we know that they will make wonderful family additions. Their families should be prepared to work on house and leash training, but we have started crate training and it is going well. Granola must go to a home with another dog. Do you have room in your heart and home to give this pup a new lease on life?
