Winter was rescued from the shelter as a matted mess of fur covering her bright smile. We knew she needed some TLC and a good haircut, so we scooped her up and whisked her to the groomer. After several baths and a much needed trim, Winter was ready to make her fabulous debut! Winter weighs 14 pounds and is just as adorable as can be! She has a non-shedding coat and is an option for those with allergies. If you’re ready for the coziest winter pal, adopt our girl Winter!     Winter is a happy and loving little lady who is ready to wrap you around her dainty little paws. She is the perfect blend of playful and loungy according to her fosters. She adores her people and is always happy to shower them in cuddles and puppy kisses when they are ready to devote themselves to a long belly rub session. She is the kind of dog who wants to be with her people whenever she can, but she isn’t a Velcro dog who needs to be with you every moment of the day. She is super smart like any Poodle and cracks any puzzle toy quickly, with a bright smile on her face! She’s very playful when she’s down for activity, playing games of fetch with a wagging tail or heading out on a hike adventure. She loves exploring the world outside her door with her humans by her side and we can’t wait to see all the adventures she will embark on with her forever humans. When she comes home, she’s ready to flop down on the couch for a long cuddle session with her humans. She’s a pro at giving kisses and will dote on you like you’re the tastiest treat in the drawer! If you’re looking for a loving and wonderful new pal, you won’t find a better new addition than Winter.  Winter wakes up at 7 AM and eagerly gets some cuddles from her foster dad before she goes out for a potty break. She plays a few rounds of fetch and then eats breakfast while her foster humans get ready for the day. During the day, Winter hangs out with her foster mom relaxing on the couch and playing in the yard. She always enjoys a puzzle toy and is a pro at figuring out how to get the yummy treats out of her Kong. Winter gets a long afternoon walk and then goes out again when foster dad comes home. She has dinner at 7 PM and then spends the rest of her evening lounging around as she plays with her toys. .)3 goes out for one last potty and then goes into her crate for the night at 10 PM. Winter gets along very well with dogs of all ages and sizes. She would be a great addition to a home with a dog or as a solo pup. Winter loves her walks and is always excited for a romp. Winter is housebroken and crate trained. Interested homes should be prepared to discuss additional training and socialization as she is still fairly young. We know that Winter will be such a lovely addition to the home lucky enough to adopt her!       Winter is only an option for homes with prior dog owning experience. Kids should be over the age of 8.December 28, 2024, 8:47 pm
