Story
Ace is a great dog. He loves people and has always been an indoor dog but enjoys spending time outdoors and going out in the community. He loves to chase the wild bunnies in our yard who always escape him. He is quiet most of the time but will bark when someone is at the door. He’s affectionate and energetic but can be skittish with other pets. He has never bitten anyone, humans or animals but barks and growls at other dogs if they approach. Our family has had Ace since he was about 10wks and he just turned 8yrs Oct 25th. We are very sad to have come to this decision to rehome him. We are relocating permanently and will not have any fencing at our new property, which is open to 3 big dogs who are not safe or nice with other pets, especially smaller ones. We would love to find Ace a loving new family, whether it is an individual or a house full of people. He does best w/older kids and adults. His favorite activities are going on long walks and car rides. Love and attention is a must.

Meet Walter!Walter is a very playful 1 year old poodle mix. He is also a silly vocal guy. Since he was a breeder surrender and is still very young he will need a bit of patience with potty training.He is a smart little guy and an affectionate one as well! He loves resting his head on you, staring into your eyes and squinting while you give him pets. He loves playing tag and running through and over obstacles and rolling around on sofas and beds! To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step.
