And since you're reading this, I'm hoping that you'll consider making ME a part of your family!!!! I was pulled from a local shelter thinking I'd be doing 10 to life but I was so frightened until this rescue got me pulled for scared behavior! I am a tad bit shy at first meet but with some patience and a whole lot of love, I have since blossomed into a very sweet loving gal. I bonded pretty quickly in my foster home but I'd do best in a quieter home where my person could work from home or is retired. I would also do best in a home without small kiddos but I do well with the other dogs in my foster home and love to play with them! I'm probably around 2years old and I come in at about 20lbs. I'm house trained but not so fond of the crate. I do love to be where you are whether it's beside you on the couch or snoozing in my doggie bed beside your computer while you work. I'm pretty mellow and don't need a whole lot of exercise but I do love to sniff everything in the yard and playing with the other pups is just grand!!! I've got a short coat that is super easy in the maintenance department, kind of a wash-n-go type of gal. You do know what that means, don't ya? Yep yep, more time for the spoil me rotten department!! I am sooooo ready to find me a family and be that lil heartbeat at your feet or preferably on your lap, so if you think I'd be a pawsome fit for your home, please stop scrolling and fill out my adoption application! Hey, hey! Milo here- just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing? My life is going pretty dang great, however I am missing one thing. It’s a family to call my own! My last mom owned me since I was just a puppy until now. She could no longer care for me so I found myself as an orphan… I wasn't socialized much as a young pup so I am more of a one or two person kind of dog. I am up for any adventure that involves just spending time with me! I love laying on the couch watching Netflix, a good football game or a nice long walk. I found myself stuck to my foster mom like her little shadow, but she has lots of other shadows too so I want to find my own family. I get along with all dogs as long as they are respectful of my age and size, I don't mind cats at all either. Fast moving kids will not be my thing, they are just so unpredictable and loud. I love to be cuddled and snuggled. Sleeping under the covers is a must as my hair is so fine I get cold easily. I have mastered this potty thing and haven't had accidents in weeks now!
