Barney and Griffen: Bonded 9-month-old Pug-Chihuahua puppies Bonded brothers Barney and Griffen are seeking their forever family during our Clear the Rescue Event! Barney and Griffen will not grow much more than their current size. Both boys are super cuddly, loving, friendly with everyone, and like meeting friendly dogs. They are easy-going and sweet and will make fabulous companions for the right family. These boys will need a fenced yard, training, and someone or a family committed to keeping them for life, understanding dogs are a forever family member. The boys love children and will do well with kids 10 years and older who are dog-savvy and dog-respectful or who live in an adult-only home. How To Meet and Adopt Barney and Griffen  have been switched to a human-grade diet, avoiding kibble in favor of a healthy, specifically tailored canine feeding plan. We will provide guidance to adopters on proper diet, food choices, and nutrition.   To apply to adopt Brad and Scout, there is an adoption fee of $950.00.  Please fill out the online application form using the following link.  Please be thorough in your answers and expound whenever possible so we get to know you and can make the best match.   https :// rompinpawsrescue.com    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 17, 2024, 1:43 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Abigail (Abbie) Abigail is a sweet, 7-pound, 2-year-old Chihuahua abandoned with her puppies at a veterinary office. Rompin Paws Rescue collaborated with the vet to take Abigail in and find her a wonderful forever family. At first, Abbie can be timid around new people for 1-2 days. However, she warms up when approached gently, without expectations, and with a few treats. Once she forms a bond, she becomes very loyal and gives her heart and soul to those she trusts. She loves to be held close, enjoys cuddling, and likes to sleep next to her person. Abbie also loves being talked to and is quite intelligent. For example, when I softly tell her to stay, she sits patiently. When I say "up," she reaches up, ready to be picked up and held in my arms. Abigail can thrive as an only dog if her person can spend time with her. She doesn't do well alone for long periods, especially while her human is at work. Chihuahuas prefer to be near their people. She would do best with someone or a couple who works from home, can take a dog to work, or are younger retirees. While Abigail gets along with other small dogs, Abby enjoys having a person to herself. We would consider dog-savvy children older than ten, but we prefer a home with adults only. Adopting Abigail:  Please use the link below to apply. One of our volunteers will review the application and call to follow up with questions, answer yours, and see if you are a match for this pup. The next step is a meet and greet if a match can be made. Please use a computer, as tablets and cell phones will drop the application. Abigail has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble instead of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate her adopters on proper diet and nutrition.  Abigail has a $550.00 adoption fee. All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. Please fill out the online application using this link. Please be thorough in your answers and expound whenever possible so we can get to know you and make the best match.         https://rompinpawsrescue.com  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 13, 2024, 8:04 pm
