Meet Tango! Tango is about 10 months old and weighs just under 9 pounds, and she kind of looks like a chiweenie to us! Tango is a sweet as they come and as you can see from her pictures, is always happy! Just look at that smile! Tango has done wonderful with all doggy and human friends alike and loves all that life has to offer. Tango is crate trained and does really well with going potty outside as ling as she is kept on a good schedule. Tango would love to join your home and run and play with you, then snuggle on your lap for all the love you can give! Interested in becoming a forever home for Tago? For immediate consideration, please fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we DO NOT go any further without an application. If there are multiple dogs that you are interested in, please fill out an application for each dog. This does not include bonded pairs, one application will be fine. We have different adoption coordinators working with different dogs, and your application may be missed if you only apply once. We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting Tago. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Tago the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us. Our normal adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed. SCAN QR CODE FOR FULL BIO It's true, this golden girl loves to Netflix and chill-out in her favorite blankie but don't let her age fool you. She has the "get up and go!" That would rival a gal half her age. Dorothy enjoys long walks and if you don't know where to go, that's okay because she will tell you! She loves adventure, and laughs in the face of fear. No noise, crowd or adventure scares this girl. Fireworks, crowded outdoor events, bike rides, small and large dogs and just about every person she has met is cool in her book. While it hasn't been tested yet, I'm pretty sure she would love kayaking. In fact, if it's outdoors, there's a pretty good chance she will love it. This golden gal is sweet and gives the best kisses and butt wiggles. One thing to note is that bodily autonomy is important to her. You know when you find that perfect spot on the couch and you're just too comfy to move? She knows too, and isnt too pleased about giving it up. But if you ask nicely, she will happily scooch for her human. Dorothy has normal senior health aliments, foggy eyes (but gets around just fine in her foster home), occasional cough, due to allergies and age. If you are looking for a vocal sassy and oh so sweet life adventure partner, this kid is for you. Dorothy knows her name but will easily adapt to a new one. Her beautiful collar and favorite blankie will go to her new home. Now how awesome is that? She would do well with both siblings or as an only child. Speaking of kids, she holds her own with high and low energy humans of all ages, even the kids at heart ??. She hasn't been cat tested, but did fine with meeting a frog, birds and has a squirrel friend in the backyard. If you’re searching for the sweetest, happiest pup, Chucky is your guy. This little guy adores attention and will happily follow his favorite human wherever they go. Chucky is great with other dogs thanks to his gentle and submissive nature, though his interactions with cats are still unknown. His playful, puppy-like energy makes every moment with him a joy. Training & Personality Crate-Trained: He’s comfortable in his crate once placed inside, though he may need a gentle nudge to go in. Housebreaking: Chucky is making progress but will need a patient owner to continue helping him master it. Frequent potty breaks set him up for success. Chucky’s Journey Chucky came to the rescue after being hit by a car. While his initial recovery left him walking a little wonky, he’s healed beautifully! Meet Prancer – The Petite Princess! Hello there! My name is Kelly, but my foster family calls me Prancer because of my graceful little prance—like a dainty lady showing off her best moves. I’m a tiny bundle of joy, fully grown at just 5 pounds and estimated to be around 1–2 years old. While I may be a little shy when we first meet, give me just a few minutes, and I’ll blossom right before your eyes. I absolutely LOVE people and can’t wait to share my snuggles with you!
