He is now roughly 7 months old and up to date with vaccines, neutered and ready for his forever family. Bennie is a LOVE bug! He is very playful with all the dogs and a very sweet boy. He can be adopted to anyone in the US willing to pickup at LAX or JFK.

Meet Boogie! Boogie is an adorable long bodied chiweenie mix that weighs 10 pounds and 3 to 4 years old. Boogie can be a little shy at first but warms up fast! His favorite game is tug of war and he also takes pleasure in cuddling with his person while they watch t.v. Boogie does okay on leash but will need a bit more work to make walks fun and exciting! Boogie does great at using the doggy door or pee pad and still needs a little confidence building with the crate. Interested in becoming a forever home for Boogie Dentwood? This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed. Story

Bailey is a 4 year old Chiweenie with a big personality and a heart full of gold. She loves to snuggle up with her people, play fetch, tug on her toys and run around. Bailey is a rescue and does come with her fair share of anxiety. She has some issues with reactivity (dogs, people in the hallway, skateboards), seperation anxiety (currently managed with gabapentin & trazadone) and some behavioral things that need correcting (nipping, jumping). I truly think that these issues can be managed with the right combination of training and medication - but also a different environemnt. I'm a healthcare worker (long hours) living in a very dog-popualted area of NYC, which is not the best environment for her to thrive. Bailey would do best with an experienced dog owner with a slower lifestyle - someone with the time and patience to help shape her into the best dog she can be. Nina and her sister Pinta were rescued from the dog pound. We believe these adorable girls are chihuahua/dachshund/pug mixes (the curly tails coming from the pug). Both girls have very soft fur. Nina has a bit of blue in one eye so there is something else in the mix. They are young, probably between one and two years of age. At 19 pounds, Nina is the larger of the two girls. Nina is very affectionate, sweet, and playful. She is a little shy but warms up quickly. She is a lapdog who loves pets and cuddles. She likes treats and will toss them around and play with them before she eats them. And we just found out that she loves snow! Nina would probably do best in a home with another small, playful dog who would be her friend and give her confidence. Nina is crate-trained but needs some more work with house and obedience training. Her new family should give her plenty of attention and playtime, take her on walks, and give her a lot of cuddles and affection. Nina must be an inside dog and a loved member of the family. She must be walked on a leash and needs a secure, fenced yard to run and play. Nina is spayed, tattooed, fully vaccinated (DAPPvL2, Bordatella, rabies), and microchipped. She is heartworm-negative and receives monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Nina is located in Texas but can be transported after she is adopted. Her adoption fee includes the cost of ground transport by a reputable and trusted transport company. Scheduled stops include, but are not limited to, Ridgefield NJ, Rye NY, or Nanuet NY. This little pretty chocolate dappled girl is called Maizie and goodness what a cracker jack she is. Don’t for minute let those green eyes and chocolate marbled coat fool you to think she is gentle or easy. She is the CEO of dogs and will run the show at your house if given the chance. Maizie is 30 pounds and 9 months old. She is a breed mix of Dachshund and Basset Hound we are told. Her pics make her look big but she is a “tiny but mighty” little girl. Mazie is not a fan of any other female dogs in her life or around her. We don’t know where that came from but the dislike is there so we say…don’t ignore the warning. She is great with big male dogs, not good with other small dogs or cats, but loves people deeply and wants to be around them. She needs a fenced yard because she is a runner as most Dachshunds can be and she needs to be able to run and play and get her energy out daily. Older children would be better for her and she is crate trained, 90% housebroken and she adores going for walks; a very good girl on a leash we can say. She is beautiful but a “tad” bit complicated, which is why we have outlined the Likes and Dislikes of this girl to a TEE! The owner of Arlo, Lainey and 4 other akc registered doxies was living in a rental home with 4 children and the landlord said the dogs had to go. Her mom took them while she was supposed to find another place to live but that did not happen. Her mom had 3 dogs of her own and was overwhelmed so she asked for help. All the dogs are sweet but we took Arlo and Lainey. These two are quite bonded so we are going to try to place them together. They are both spay/neutered, UTD on vaccines and HW negative, They will also be microchipped. In their original home, they were left on a self feeder and I am afraid Arlo overindulged but Lainey was able to keep her figure. They are both so so sweet and cute! They both Love cuddles and kisses! They both seem to be reliably housetrained. Arlo is a red pie bald and Lainey is a black and tan wirehaired doxie. Lainey was born on 9/10/2021 so she is 3 years old, Arlo is 4.
