Story
This super cuddly and chill Chiweenie, Corky needs a new home due to unforeseen circumstances. He was a rescue who was bullied by other dogs when his original owner passed away and the only thing really known about him is his name. He is diagnosed with Heartworms, has no teeth, and deals with incontinence. He’s a sweetie pie and loves to snuggle or soak up the sun and I catch him chilling in front of the heat vent all the time. I unfortunately can no longer support Corky with my 1-yr old nephew who was forced to move in with me. My nephew is too rough and now they are rivals with Corky on edge daily. I am hoping I can find a more peaceful, suitable home for a snuggly, senior pooch looking to stay with a loving home.

Meet Linguine! This adorable fella is the best mix of all the mixes. What are those mixes you may ask? That’s for him to know and you to find out if you so choose. He’s a sweet, happy go lucky soul with a scruffy face that’s in need of a permanent snout rest. What more could you need? If this sounds like the pup for you, please complete an application at https://www.saveastray.org/forms/form?formid=3635 Once the application is approved, a FaceTime will be set up for a virtual meet and greet. Since we are located in Mobile, AL, this will give you the opportunity to see the pet interact with other dogs, people, and see a bit of their personality. Transports leave every week alternating between the NE and the Great Lakes. We use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport. Story
Located in Tennessee but can be transported to you through Rescue Riders. This girl was brought in with babies when her owner couldn't take care of her. She was not socialized very well so will need some work. She will need a very patient person to get her to come out of her shell. She was kept outside so she has no house manners, nor has she been with cats. She does do well with dogs her size and seems to like to play with them. She deserves a new chance to be a loved dog and companion. She will take a lot of time and investment but deserves a chance!
