Butterscotch is an adorable 7-week-old puppy who will be ready to join her forever family in just a few weeks! This little blonde beauty is full of sweetness and spunk. Her mama is a 20lb cattle dog-dachshund mix, while dad is unknown. Right now, she weighs just 3lbs, and we estimate she’ll grow to 10-15lbs when fully grown.
Butterscotch Needs a Committed Forever Family!
As a young puppy, she requires a home where someone is present most of the time—she’s too little to be left alone for long hours. An ideal home would have a yard to explore, another friendly, well-mannered dog to learn from, and a family ready to invest in training, patience, and love.
Butterscotch had a rough start in life. She was found abandoned in an orchard in Fresno, left for dead. But thanks to a kind rescuer, she made it to the Bay Area, where she is now thriving in a loving foster home with dogs and kids.
What Butterscotch Needs:
A family committed to training, socialization, and exercise. Someone who understands that puppies require time, structure, and patience. A safe environment while she finishes her puppy vaccinations (she won’t be ready for public surfaces for another two months).
