He has a fun, energetic personality that will keep you smiling, but he also has a gentle side that makes him great to be around. Sparky is incredibly friendly-he doesn't bite and gets along well with people, making him a perfect fit for a loving home. Like most dogs, he absolutely loves to eat (and honestly, who doesn't?), which makes treats and mealtime a great way to bond with him. However, Sparky has a skin condition that has caused him to be hairless and have sensitive skin. He is also going blind in his right eye, meaning he requires more attention than your average dog. If you're looking for a perfect spark in your life, Sparky is a perfect match for you.
