Story
Lulu, is a charming 12 week old Chiweenie (Chihuahua/Dachshund mix), she is the yin to Kramer's yang, an absolutely adorable and loving duo ready to steal your heart! She’s more laid-back, preferring to find the nearest cozy lap for a snuggle and a nap. If you’re looking for a sweet companion who loves to cuddle, Lulu is your girl. Both Kramer and Lulu are just over 2 pounds at 12 weeks old, making them the perfect tiny package of joy. They are thriving in their foster home, getting along wonderfully with their larger dog siblings and always ready for a little playtime. Whether you're seeking playful energy or a cuddle buddy, Kramer and Lulu make the perfect pair to bring endless love and companionship to your home! She is current on her vaccinations and will be spayed and micro-chipped. Due to their small size they must be with someone when outside. Sure footed adult work from home family. Waffles would do best in a home with someone who can shower him with affection. When left alone in his pen, he might cry at first – but rest assured, he calms down andsleeps soundly through the night. He wants you to get your rest, too. He also isn’t a picky eater: He just wants to finish his dinner and get back to snuggling! Waffles is a lively little guy and enjoys his squeaky toys. Story
Meet the perfect personality and companion Frosty (Weather) !     Frosty is an 8 year old 7lb Chi mix that came to us from Antioch Animal Services . don't let his side eye fool you, this guy is not judging, and is a GEM of a dog! This is what his foster home says about him: 'Frosty Weather : If the weather is frosty, the temperature is below freezing If you describe someone's behaviour as frosty, you think it is unfriendly.   Those might be appropriate definitions for the word “Frosty” but not for THIS Frosty dog! Frosty is an 8 year old chihuahua who was turned in as a stray to the shelter. I may not know what his life was like before, but let me tell you this guy is perfect! It took him a few days to settle in after being at the shelter and we have a busy house with two heelers, 3 chihuahuas and a 5 month lab/corgi mix. Oh and cats. But he just fits right in. I need a bigger lap! Frosty figured out the doggy door right away and has only one accident in the house. He is the happiest, most loving little guy. He will play with toys, try to get the other dogs to play and is always so happy to see you when you get home. He is loving the ranch life and loves to run and explore and chase a chicken or two, but conversely, he is just as happy to sit in your lap and take a good nap. He is great with people and big kids (has not been around young children). He will try to get into the other dogs bowls if he finishes his food first but backs right off. He is on no medications. Frosty is amazing. He may be a little guy but he has so much love and joy to share. He is ready to be your perfect lifelong bff! ' If you are interested in adding Mr. Personality Frosty to your family, please fill out an application at www.beourpet.org/adoptions.php. #adoptdontshop #aabledog #chihuahua We are on all social media at @umbrellaofhope and we invite you to follow us and share which helps more people see and adopt our pets.  To help our ALL VOLUNTEER team rescue more senior, special needs, medically needy and hospice animals (and a few 'typical' ones along the way, please consider making a tax-deductible (TAX ID 45-4103375) donation online at www.paypal.me/UOH or Venmo @umbrellaof-hoperescue or Zelle beourpet@gmail.com.   You can also buy tees, tanks. sweatshirts, hats and bandannas where all proceeds benefit our animals https://ruff-life-rescue-wear.myshopify.com/collections/umbrella-of-hope We also have an Etsy store where the merchandise is made by volunteers and supporters, changes regularly and 100% of the proceeds benefit our medical fund https://www.etsy.com/shop/Umbrellaofhope Amazon Wish List tinyurl.com/pineapplewish  October 15, 2024, 4:32 pm
