Ducky came in to us after being abandoned at our front door in a crate. He was initially so scared. We have been working hard to get him comfortable and he is so much better now. It takes a little time for Ducky to warm up to a new person, but once he does, he will be your bestie. He was clearly not being fed when he came in but is putting on weight since he now has access to food. He is rooming with Copper who was abandoned in the same crate. Based on his teeth he appears to be only about a year old. He has had a very sad start to his life and we believe he deserves better. This sweet, short-legged pup is named Kristy. She currently weighs 25 pounds and is estimated to be between 1 and 2 years old based on the condition of her teeth. We can't be sure of much information about her since she was a stray and we were not able to find who owned her last. She definitely has some Dachshund in her but who knows what breed gave her those striking eyes! She is very cuddly with the staff and it's clear she wants to be around and be loved by people. We have vaccinated and chipped her, and she will be spayed on 10/1. She can leave to her new home the day after! $300.00 includes cost of spay, vaccines, and microchip. This litter had quite the variety of looks. Remi looks like she got more of a Doxie-type look, but some others in the litter appeared to be Poodle. The pups were rescued from a homeless encampment, so we aren't really sure of the parents, but they will likely not get very large. This little one is quite adorable however. We have started pup on first vaccinations and she has her spay appointment on 10/10 and can leave the following day. $350.00 adoption.
