Hi! I’m Lexi and I am a Chiweenie!!! I am ten pounds, three years old, and I am all about FUN! I live with my two foster sisters and play nonstop with both of them. I adore my toys and never met a squeaker I didn’t get along with. I love to run and chase other dogs at the park or just get the zoomies around my backyard. I would love to be in a home with another playful dog or even one of my foster sisters! When I'm not playing, I love to snuggle with my human. Look into my big brown eyes. How can you not love me?

Donut is a loving, sweet, super smart 6 year old Chiweenie we rescued as a puppy. We no longer have the time and resources to meet his needs. Donut is a true lapdog, incredibly affectionate, loyal and the best cuddle bug. When left in the home, he needs another dog/someone in the pack to keep him company. He gets along well with dogs, is fun, energetic and friendly towards people.

This little man has been through IT! We pulled him from a city shelter after we received a plea that he was attacked by another dog in the kennel and was in bad shape. He also lost his ear and it was severely infected. He has made a full recovery physically but he is sometimes head shy with new people so you have to take it slow with him and let him move at his pace. He is probably younger than he appears but had a hard life before being rescued. He is fine with other dogs and cats. He would also be happy as the only pet. Crate trained, working on house training, great on leash, not a barker.

This little man is a heartbreaker. So sweet and calm, he’s the perfect companion for someone that is not too athletic and would prefer to have a calm energy dog. He was found as a stray, scared, hungry, dirty. Thankfully someone reached out to our friends at HOPE FOR PAWS and they jumped into action and got him to safety. He’s completely vetted, healthy, happy and ready for the next chapter…a forever home.

This little group of baby nuggets were relinquished to us Saturday and they are flipping adorable. We think they are around 3 1/2 Months old and will more then likely get around 20 or so pounds. He has a very sweet and lovable personality, but is a little shy in the beginning. With a little patience he warms up quickly though and is very affectionate. Recently thought he got diagnosed with diabetes and needs two insulin shots a day. He is doing very good with them and can live comfortably with it if properly monitored. He is very quiet and mellow and will make a wonderful addition to a loving person or family.Tom is about 9 years old, neutered, vaccinated had a dental. The were left behind when their drug addicted owner got evicted. He had them tied up in a dark room of the house with our food or water. They were rescued by a kind neighbor who had too many dogs already at her place and couldn't keep them. She contacted us and fortunately space had just opened and we couldn't say no. Simba is very shy and fearful but super sweet and gentle. He will warm up to TLC and loves to be held. He needs a person that will understand his shy personality and can give him a quiet home and patience. He is about 6 years old and weighs about 12 pounds. I rescued him from a family that was taking him to a high kill shelter, I didn’t want that to happen. I have been trying to find him a loving home for over a year with no luck. I have 3 big dogs over 100 pounds so I can not keep him. I do not want to give him to just anyone. He is high energy, needs attention as Chihuahuas do. He is a love bug but does not like being alone. He is not fully potty trained but when he goes outside frequently, he will not soil in the house. I want him to be loved and cared for, I refuse to take him to the shelter as and rescues I have reached out to have no openings. Only inquire if you are serious about making the life long commitment. He is skeptical of other people so it will take him time to warm up to you. He will try and run until he gets used to you. My daughter is his main caretaker, and she was with him due to doing online schooling, now she works long hours so I want him to be with someone that will give him the attention he needs.
