Meet Peeps This charming senior gentleman is spunky, silly, and full of character. On his first full day with us, Peeps proudly showed off just how powerful his voice can be, his adorable front-paw tippy taps when he’s excited, and his selective taste in treats—because, like any true chihuahua, Peeps is delightfully picky! Peeps cannot go to a home with children and will need a calm, adult-only environment. He needs a person who is attuned to his cues and will respect his space, especially on days when he’s feeling overstimulated. Peeps also requires very slow introductions to new people, places, and experiences—everything in life is best taken at Peeps’ pace. With patience and proper introductions, Peeps may be able to share a home with other animals. He is still learning how to feel comfortable around new faces, but with patience, consistency, and gentle guidance, he blossoms into a loyal and loving companion. Apply to meet this cutie today!
