Story
Oh, Nyx....where do I begin. This girl is a special one! She came to us when our vet asked us to take in a special needs puppy. Nyx was born with hydrocephalus and the breeder didn't want her so she surrendered Nyx to our vet. Her hydrocephalus doesn't affect her health in any way now but we believe it has affected her personality. Nyx is a very special girl who will need a VERY special adopter. One who is patient and calm and willing to accept Nyx for who she is! Nyx wants affection on her terms but will run from you if you try to pick her up. You have to go low and slow so she won't run from you. Nyx will HAVE to have a fenced in yard for that very reason - if she got out you probably wouldn't get her to come back to you. Nyx likes other dogs but doesn't really know how to play with them and can mean to them when she's just trying to get them to play. We think all of her quirks are a direct result of her hydrocephalus. She can be so loving, but she is definitely a quirky one! Nyx will do best with older children or a quiet household. I got tia mother I rescued her I didn’t know she was pregnant .. I rescued her from a breeding mill.. she was happy with us and there was 7 pups in the liter a month later. Frufroo is a twin I have homes all the other pups but him and his sister I still haven’t found homes for. He is and has always been scared of everthing . He will come if you call him.. but he will run if you try to pick him up. He’s a SUPER good boy and goes on puppy pads and loves getting hours baths and nails cliped.. but he’s scared of the outside and he’s scared of being lifted.. I want him to find a home he will be loved and cherished in. I can’t afford to fix him or to get him shots. He’s on a fresh salmon and farm fresh bones diet her loves to eat real food not kibble and is super healthy active and cuddly. He is HAIR not fur. He will LOVE whomever takes him home he’s an amazing boy his birthday is 8/21/22 .. he’s mostly white.. powderpuff Chinese crested purebred I’m sure you will fall in love with him !!!
