Daisy Mae has lived in a loving home her entire life, but sadly, her humans have both passed away. Now she’s ready for her next chapter with someone who wants to love and be loved in return. Daisy Mae is housebroken, leash trained, and currently brushing up on her basic commands like sit, stay, and come. She rarely barks unless there’s a good reason, and her non-shedding coat makes her low-maintenance on the grooming front. She enjoys the company of other dogs and is wonderfully patient with children. While she’s not a high-energy pup, Daisy Mae does love a bit of playtime—especially with canine pals—before settling into her preferred state: gentle relaxation near her person. Spike is an 11 years old and a mix of Pomeranian, Greyhound, and Chihuahua. He weighs about 14 lbs and does not really get any bigger than that. He has a weak thyroid that has been managed with meds (morning and night) for over 4 years now-no issues with daily life, and he is still active and doing great. We get his thyroid checked once a year, medication cost approximately $25. He is neutered, up-to-date on all his shots, super friendly, and great with both kids and adults. He loves walks, playing outside, and while he is pretty independent, he also enjoys cuddling. Spike is being rehome due to changes in household (i.e., new baby and other sister moved to the East Coast).

Found as a stray on November 30, Jake may have some larger-breed mix in him — he’s sturdy, confident, and carries himself like a much bigger dog. His tail sticks straight up and waves like a little banner when he’s exploring, which only adds to his charm. Jake is feisty, curious, and full of character. He can be a bit shy about head pets at first, so he’ll need someone patient who’s willing to build trust at his pace. Once he feels comfortable, he leans into his handler for affection and connection. He’s easy to handle, walks okay on leash, and may know “sit” with a little encouragement and treats.
