Story
Jordy is a five year old chihuahua mix male dog. He was neglected for a very long time and is cautious about humans. However, he is very sweet and highly motivated with food. Since being in foster home, Jordy has learned to trust people and other dogs again. We think he would be a great addition to any family. Currently he is learning how to walk on a leash. Additionally, he is very smart and has learned how to use the doggie door to go in and out of the house. He is also potty trained. If you are interested in meeting Jordy, please submit your adoption application.  -Up to date with vaccines -HW negative -Neutered -Microchipped -Adoption fee is $275July 2, 2024, 11:50 am

Story
Hi my name is Tia and I am a tiny senior chihuahua looking for her forever home. When Millie's Mutts first got me into foster I was extremely scared and took a while to come around. They said it looks like I might have been mistreated before. I don't know what that means but I know now that humans are good and they will do this thing I love called playing! I love squeaky toys the best. I'm afraid I will be shy for the first few weeks at my new home but I promise I will come around. I have been completely vetted and just had a dental and have a clean bill of health. Don't let my age scare you as I am very playful and have many years left to give. Story
Honey is a 2 year old, 8 lb Chihuahua mix. She has a beautiful honey-colored coat and white chest and paws. Of course, she has the typical Chihuahua "squint-eye", which is so cute and will make you smile. Honey is a little timid at first but warms up quickly. She loves to go outside and run and investigate, but due to her small size, she should not go outside alone. She loves mealtime and snacks, and she may try to sneak a bite of the other dogs' food. No aggression at all, but probably best to feed her in her crate or another room. Honey is making great progress on her potty training and has already learned to go to the door when she needs to go outside. She gets along just fine with other dogs, but she could also be an only, as long as she gets lots of attention from her people. If you would like to meet Honey, please submit your application, and one of our adoption counselors will contact you.

Story
Looking for a tiny puppy? Wheezie could be the one! She came to Humane Tomorrow from a local shelter. This little girl had pneumonia and a skin condition. She has been in foster care for two months and is fully recovered. She is also adored by all who know her. She has beautiful tri-color markings, and adorable prance, and she runs the best zoomies when playing with the other dogs in her foster home. She likes to climb on the big dogs and play all day with the littles. She can clear a toy basket in record time, and she often chooses the largest toys and has no problem pulling them around. Wheezie's cuteness attracts a lot of attention when she goes out in public with foster mom, but she gets a little nervous in a big crowd. She is happy to stay at home in her pen and nap when her people leave. She is doing well with potty training when taken out often. Due to her small size, she can never be allowed to go outside on her own, even in a securely fenced yard. She doesn't live with small kids in her foster home, but we think she would be fine with kids over the age of 10, and that is only due to her small size. She might be ok with younger ones, as long as they are gentle with her. She sleeps in bed with her foster mom, and sleeps through the night with no accidents. The first step to meeting Wheezie is to submit your application, and one of our adoption counselors will contact you.

Story
Peanut is a Fun "happy guy. " He is fast and loves to turn in circles. Rarely barks. Howls along with music. In some cases he pays no mind to cats, in others he gets very frantic. So it depends on the cat. We would suggest proper intros. He was born in 2019 and is located in a foster home. Included with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up to date heart-worm preventative, heart-worm test if over 6 months, microchip with registration, and spayed or neutered- if not already, a voucher is provided.
